Unlike the assistant, which responds when you talk to it, AI agents run on their own, triggered by a schedule or an event. They propose actions you review and approve. Laureo installs a roster of five preset agents so you have a working set on day one.
They arrive switched on, in safe mode
On a paid plan the preset agents are turned on for you and set to ask before acting: each works on its schedule or its trigger, but every action it proposes waits for a person. Nothing sends or changes a record on its own until you choose to let it. On the Free plan they are visible but paused until you upgrade.
- Deal Follow-Up finds deals that have gone quiet and drafts the next follow-up for you to send.
- Record Hygiene finds duplicate and incomplete records, and proposes the fix.
- Collections Chaser chases overdue invoices and drafts a reminder for each one.
- Inbox Assistant drafts a reply to every email that deserves one, so you only edit and send.
- Daily Brief summarises yesterday’s pipeline, tasks and goals in one message each morning.
