What Are AI Agents?

AI Agents are autonomous assistants that work in the background to handle repetitive CRM tasks.

Unlike the AI Assistant (which responds to your questions), AI Agents run on their own -- triggered by events, schedules, or conditions you define. They propose actions that you can review and approve, or configure to run fully autonomously.

Sales Agent

Pipeline management and deal coaching. Runs daily at 8:00 AM.

The Sales Agent monitors your active pipeline and flags deals that need attention. It runs daily at 8:00 AM.

  • Flags deals with no activity in 7+ days

Outreach Agent
