What happens after the trial?

You get reminders before your trial ends. If you continue, your $2.99 trial deposit is automatically credited to your first invoice. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is never charged the subscription and your data stays exportable.

Why is there a $2.99 trial deposit?

It keeps trials real. The small charge filters out bots and throwaway signups so every team gets full access from day one. If you continue after the trial, the $2.99 is credited to your first month, so trying Laureo costs nothing extra.

Is the $2.99 refundable?

It's credited, not refunded. Continue after your trial and we apply it to your first invoice, so your first month costs $2.99 less. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged the subscription. The $2.99 isn't returned.

Yes, switch anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher tier until then. If a downgrade puts you over the new plan seat or viewer limits, the extra seats become read-only until you remove them or upgrade again.

What's the difference between Power and Collaborator seats?

Power Seats are for builders. They can create campaigns, workflows, reports, AI agents, and more. Each Power Seat also adds AI usage budget and storage to your team's pool. Collaborator Seats are for doers. They get full CRM access to manage contacts, close deals, send emails, and run sequences, but can't create campaigns, workflows, or reports.

Can I upgrade a Collaborator to a Power Seat?

Yes. You can upgrade any Collaborator Seat to a Power Seat at any time from your billing settings. The price difference is prorated.

How does AI usage work?

AI usage powers smart features like email drafting, lead scoring, and AI agents. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. Pro is the standard amount, Business gives you 2.5x that, and Ultra 5x. Each Power seat adds more to your team's shared pool. If you need more, you can top up with Extra AI Credits. Business plans get 10% off, Ultra plans get 20% off.

How does data export work?

Data export is unlimited on every plan, your data is always yours. Bulk export is available to super admins; individual record exports (single contact PDF, single report) are available to all users.

Does it work with Outlook?

Yes. Full bidirectional sync with Microsoft 365 (Outlook email, calendar, OneDrive). Not just Gmail.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States, encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Can I undo an import?

Yes. A full move from another system can be undone for 30 days after it finishes, and a single file import for 24 hours. Undo takes back what that run brought in and leaves the rest of your data alone.

Can you move my data for me?

Rather have someone do it? Ask us to move it for you. We take this on for moves of up to 50,000 records. Above that we will talk it through with you first.

How storage works

Every plan starts with a generous shared pool: 15 GB on Pro, 75 GB on Business, and 150 GB on Ultra. Each Power seat you add grows it further, by +15 GB per seat on Business and +25 GB per seat on Ultra.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We waive the monthly import limit during your trial and first month, on every plan, so you can bring your whole book in on day one. After that, monthly import limits apply by tier. A full move from another system is never blocked by that limit, though its rows are added to your monthly usage, so later file imports in the same month draw on what is left. One file holds up to 10,000 rows and up to 10 MB, so a bigger book simply arrives as several files.

Yes, on every plan. Business and Ultra include two Power seats (the second is on us), and Pro includes one. Add more Power Seats ($99.99/mo on Pro and Business, $149.99/mo on Ultra) for builders who create AI agents, automations and workflows, and reports, use the AI assistant, manage billing and permissions, and on Ultra connect cold outreach sending mailboxes. Add Collaborator Seats ($34.99/mo) for doers who work contacts and deals, send email, book meetings, and move deals, but do not build agents, automations, or reports. Viewer seats are always free. They view records without creating, editing, or deleting them.
