Yes, switch anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher tier until then. If a downgrade puts you over the new plan seat or viewer limits, the extra seats become read-only until you remove them or upgrade again.

Yes. We waive the monthly import limit during your trial and first month, on every plan, so you can bring your whole book in on day one. After that, monthly import limits apply by tier.

Power Seats are for builders. They can create campaigns, workflows, reports, AI agents, and more. Each Power Seat also adds AI usage budget and storage to your team's pool. Collaborator Seats are for doers. They get full CRM access to manage contacts, close deals, send emails, and run sequences, but can't create campaigns, workflows, or reports.

Yes. You can upgrade any Collaborator Seat to a Power Seat at any time from your billing settings. The price difference is prorated.

Yes, on every plan. Business and Ultra include two Power seats (the second is on us), and Pro includes one. Add more Power Seats ($99.99/mo on Pro and Business, $149.99/mo on Ultra) for builders who create AI agents, automations and workflows, and reports, use the AI assistant, manage billing and permissions, and on Ultra connect cold outreach sending mailboxes. Add Collaborator Seats ($34.99/mo) for doers who work contacts and deals, send email, book meetings, and move deals, but do not build agents, automations, or reports. Read-only Viewers are always free.

AI usage powers smart features like email drafting, lead scoring, and AI agents. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. Pro is the standard amount, Business gives you 2.5x that, and Ultra 5x. Each Power seat adds more to your team's shared pool. If you need more, you can top up with Extra AI Credits. Business plans get 10% off, Ultra plans get 20% off.

Data export is unlimited on every plan, your data is always yours. Bulk export is available to super admins; individual record exports (single contact PDF, single report) are available to all users.
