Pricing & Billing
Laureo offers Solo, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans. All paid plans include CRM, email sync, campaigns, automation, support tickets, invoicing, and the AI assistant. Plans differ in seat counts, AI token allowances, and advanced features like custom roles and territories.
Laureo has two seat types: Full seats for team members who need complete access to all features, and Light seats for users who only need to view data, leave notes, or handle limited tasks at a lower per-seat cost.
AI token packs provide additional usage for the AI assistant and autonomous agents beyond your plan's included allowance. You can purchase token packs from the Billing page and they apply immediately.
Laureo offers a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, you choose a paid plan. There is no permanent free tier, but the Solo plan starts at an accessible price point.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Laureo accepts all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with net-30 payment terms.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a discount. You are billed at the start of each billing cycle based on your current plan and seat count.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can still export your data.

No. Laureo uses a token-based model included in your monthly plan. You get a fixed token allowance (1M on Pro, 2M on Business, 3M on Ultra) and pay no additional fees per AI conversation or per AI action. This is fundamentally different from per-conversation pricing models.
Security & Privacy
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Database connections use SSL, and all API endpoints require authentication.
Yes. Laureo uses strict multi-tenant data isolation. Every database query is filtered by your organization ID, and Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforce tenant boundaries at the database level as an additional safeguard.
Laureo supports email and password authentication with HMAC-signed session cookies. Sessions expire automatically and can be terminated from the account settings page.
Laureo has seven built-in roles (Super Admin, Admin, Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Marketing, Service, and View Only) plus the ability to create custom roles. Each role has granular permissions that control what data a user can see and what actions they can take.
Activity logging tracks key actions across your CRM including record creation, updates, deletions, and user sign-ins. Admins can review activity timelines on any contact, company, or deal.
Laureo is hosted on infrastructure with servers in the United States. Database backups are taken regularly. For specific hosting and compliance questions, contact our team.
All user inputs are sanitized to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS). Database queries use parameterized statements to prevent SQL injection. File uploads are validated for type and size.
Yes. Permission scopes let you restrict data visibility to own records, team records, or all records per module. Combined with role-based permissions, you have fine-grained control over who can view, edit, or delete data in every part of the CRM.
Integrations
Laureo offers bidirectional sync with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. Emails are automatically linked to the corresponding contact records in your CRM.
Yes. The Slack integration sends notifications for deal updates, new leads, ticket assignments, and other CRM events directly to your Slack channels.
Yes. Laureo supports webhook triggers and integrates with both Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat), giving you access to thousands of additional apps and automation workflows.
Laureo integrates with QuickBooks for invoicing and Stripe for payment tracking. Invoices created in Laureo can sync to your accounting system.
Yes. Laureo syncs with Google Calendar and supports Calendly integration for scheduling. Calendar events linked to contacts and deals appear on the activity timeline.
Yes. The Zoom integration syncs meeting data so that scheduled and completed Zoom calls are logged as activities on the relevant contact or deal records.
Laureo integrates with DocuSign for e-signatures. You can send documents for signing directly from a deal record and track signing status.
Yes. Laureo has built-in lead capture forms with spam protection, and also integrates with Typeform for more advanced form workflows. Form submissions create contacts automatically.
AI & Agents
The AI assistant has access to over 20 CRM tools. It can draft emails, research companies, summarize your pipeline, create tasks, score leads, generate meeting prep briefs, analyze deal risk, and more. You interact with it through a natural language chat interface.
Laureo includes four autonomous agents: Sales Agent (flags stale deals, creates follow-up tasks), Outreach Agent (identifies contacts needing re-engagement), Data Steward Agent (finds duplicates and incomplete records), and Customer Success Agent (monitors account health). Each runs on a schedule and proposes actions for your approval.
Agents propose actions with confidence scores and reasoning. You review and approve or dismiss each action. Nothing is executed without your explicit approval unless you have configured auto-approve for low-risk actions.
No. Your CRM data is sent to the AI model for processing your requests only. It is not used to train or fine-tune any models. Conversations are processed in real-time and not retained by the model provider.
Every paid plan includes a monthly AI token allowance. Usage is metered per interaction. If you exceed your allowance, you can purchase additional token packs from the Billing page.
Yes. AI access is controlled through the role-based permission system. Admins can enable or restrict AI tools per role, and configure which agents are active for the organization.
Yes. Laureo implements prompt injection detection, a tool allowlist that restricts which CRM operations the AI can perform, and approval modes that require human confirmation before executing actions.
Laureo uses large language models accessed via API for the AI assistant and agents. The specific model may be updated over time to provide the best performance and accuracy.
Yes. The custom agent builder lets you define trigger rules, choose a schedule, select which data sources the agent monitors, and configure what actions it can propose. Custom agents are available on Business and Ultra plans.
1 million tokens is roughly 200 full agent actions (like scanning your pipeline and creating follow-up tasks), or about 1,000 short email drafts, or 500 contact research lookups. Different task types consume different amounts — simple queries use fewer tokens than complex multi-step agent workflows.
Data Import & Migration
Export your contacts, companies, and deals as CSV files from HubSpot's Settings > Import & Export section. Then use Laureo's import wizard which automatically maps fields. We have a detailed step-by-step guide at laureo.io/migrate/from-hubspot.
Use Salesforce Data Loader or Reports to export your leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities as CSV files. Upload them to Laureo's import wizard for automatic field mapping. See our full guide at laureo.io/migrate/from-salesforce.
Export your data from Pipedrive's Tools and Apps > Export data section. Laureo's import wizard handles Pipedrive's CSV format and maps fields automatically. See laureo.io/migrate/from-pipedrive for the full guide.
Yes. The import wizard uses similarity scoring (Levenshtein distance) to identify potential duplicates before any data is written. You can review and resolve duplicates during the import preview step.
Laureo accepts standard CSV files with headers. The file should use UTF-8 encoding. Most CRM export formats are compatible without any modification.
Yes. During import, the field mapping step lets you create new custom fields on the fly or map imported columns to existing custom fields. Supported types include text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, and checkbox.
The import wizard handles files with tens of thousands of records. For very large datasets, the import processes records in batches to ensure reliability and provides progress feedback during the upload.
Most migrations from another CRM can be completed in under an hour. Exporting data from your old CRM takes 5-15 minutes, preparing the CSVs takes a few minutes, and importing into Laureo takes 5-15 minutes depending on volume.
Email & Campaigns
Laureo connects to Gmail and Outlook via bidirectional sync. Emails you send and receive are automatically linked to the corresponding contact records in your CRM. You can read and compose emails directly within Laureo.
Yes. When you send an email from Laureo, open and click tracking is enabled automatically. You can see how many times an email was opened and which links were clicked on the email detail and contact timeline.
Yes. The campaign builder lets you create email campaigns with a drag-and-drop editor, segment your audience by tags and custom fields, personalize content with merge fields, and schedule sends. Campaign analytics show opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
Yes. You can create multi-step email sequences with configurable delays and conditions. Sequences stop automatically when a contact replies or meets exit criteria.
Yes. The campaign builder supports A/B subject line testing. You define two variants, send to a test portion of your audience, and the winning subject line is used for the remainder.
Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link. Contacts who unsubscribe are automatically excluded from future campaigns. You can manage your suppression list from the Campaigns section.
Yes. Laureo includes a template library where you can save and reuse email designs. Templates support personalization tokens (merge fields) for dynamic content.
Laureo provides per-campaign deliverability scoring, bounce handling, unsubscribe compliance, and spam protection for inbound lead capture forms. Campaign analytics include bounce rates to help you monitor sender reputation.
Account & Users
Go to Settings > Users and click Invite User. Enter their email address and assign a role. They will receive an invitation email to create their account and join your organization.
Laureo has seven built-in roles: Super Admin (full access including billing), Admin (settings and users), Sales Manager (team data and reports), Sales Rep (own data), Marketing (campaigns and email), Service (tickets and knowledge base), and View Only (read-only access). You can also create custom roles with granular permissions.
Yes. On Business and Enterprise plans, you can create custom roles with specific permissions for each module. Permissions are scoped to none, own records, team records, or all records.
You can organize users into teams. Teams affect data visibility when permission scopes are set to "team" level. Sales managers can see data for their team members, while reps see only their own records.
Session management is handled through authentication cookies that expire automatically. Users can sign out to terminate their session. Admins can manage user access by deactivating accounts.
Go to Settings > Users, click on the user, and change their role from the role dropdown. The change takes effect immediately and updates their permissions across the application.
Each plan has a seat limit. The Solo plan is for individual users. Team, Business, and Enterprise plans support multiple seats. You can purchase additional seats from the Billing page as your team grows.
Yes. Territory management lets you define geographic or account-based territories and assign them to team members. Contacts and deals can be associated with territories for organized coverage and reporting.
