Cold Outreach

Cold email that protects your sending reputation.

Run cold sequences from dedicated mailboxes with managed ramp, per-mailbox pacing, and enforced caps. Replies come back to the inbox you already use, sorted by intent, never a separate tool to babysit.

The cold-outbound stack a team buys a standalone sequencer for, built into the CRM where the lead, the reply, and the deal already live.

Mailboxes

Dedicated sending mailboxes, owned by you

Cold outbound sends from mailboxes you connect just for it, kept separate from your seat inbox so your day-to-day email is never on the line. Each mailbox is yours. A teammate connects and manages their own.

  • Up to 5 per userConnect dedicated Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes for cold sending. Free and unknown providers are rejected and never stored.
  • Rotated across the poolLaureo spreads sends across your mailboxes so no single one runs hot, and keeps each inside its own enforced caps.
  • Separate from your seat inboxYour everyday mailbox keeps its own reputation. Cold sending lives on the dedicated mailboxes you chose for it.
  • Connected by a Power seatConnecting a sending mailbox is a Power seat capability. Collaborator seats do not connect mailboxes, but they keep reading and replying to cold replies in their own inbox.
  • Health you can seeEach mailbox shows where it is in its ramp and pauses on its own if it starts to bounce, so a problem surfaces before it spreads.
Deliverability

Managed ramp and per-mailbox pacing

Reputation is protected by infrastructure that stays enforced: every mailbox starts slow, climbs gradually on a managed ramp, and sends on a paced, jittered schedule it cannot exceed. This is managed ramp and enforced caps instead of artificial inbox activity, so your domain is protected by how carefully it sends, not by faked traffic.

  1. 1
    Managed ramp
    Volume climbs gradually over weeks
  2. 2
    Per-mailbox pacing
    Sends spaced with jitter
  3. 3
    Enforced caps
    Daily and monthly, no over-send
  4. 4
    Bounce auto-pause
    Pauses itself, resume by hand
  • Send windows and timezonesTouches land inside the hours you set, in the recipient timezone where we know it, so nothing arrives at 3 a.m.
  • Open and click tracking, on your own domainOpens and clicks are off by default and run on a tracking domain you own and have verified, so tracked links and the unsubscribe header sit on a domain your recipients recognize rather than on ours. Setting a tracking domain up is not switched on yet, so tracking stays off until it is. Replies stay the number to trust either way.
Replies

Replies come back to the inbox you already use

There is no separate unibox to learn. Cold replies land in your existing email inbox under a new Cold filter, threaded next to the sequence they answered, so triage happens where you already work.

  • In your existing inboxA Cold filter surfaces cold replies in the same inbox as the rest of your email, no second tool to check.
  • Sorted by intentEach reply is flagged as interested, not now, out of office, or an unsubscribe request, so the hot ones rise first.
  • Promote into the CRMTurn a good cold reply into a real contact and deal from the reading pane, without copying anything by hand.
  • Reply in threadAnswer from the dedicated cold mailbox in the same thread. A reply is never counted against the cold cap.
  • Meetings tie back to the sequencePut your scheduler link in a step and a meeting booked through it attributes to the sequence that sourced it, with the resulting pipeline shown per sequence, natively in the CRM.
Compliance

The compliant path is the default one

Every cold send ships with compliant defaults, so the anti-spam mechanics are handled for you. Whether your outreach is lawful in a given region still depends on your own basis for contacting each recipient.

  • One-click unsubscribeA one-click unsubscribe and a visible footer ride every cold send by default, configurable per campaign, including turning it off, in which case offering a lawful opt-out becomes your responsibility.
  • Postal address in the footerYour business postal address ships in the footer by default. If a campaign keeps it on and no address is on file, that campaign waits until you add one.
  • Suppression that spans warm and coldAn unsubscribe on a cold sequence or a warm campaign is honored across your whole workspace. Suppression is enforced on every send: each one checks the same list and fails closed if it cannot read it.
  • Per-country rules and list attestationRules flag riskier regions, and you attest to where your list came from at import time.
Testing

Test up to eight variants of any step

Not sure which subject line or opening lands? Give any step in a sequence up to eight variants and let real replies decide. Every step is tested on its own, so each one gets an honest answer.

  • Up to eight variants on any stepWrite several subject lines or several bodies for a step and Laureo splits your leads evenly between them.
  • Reply rate per variantThe builder ranks each variant on replies, the metric that matters for cold email. Opens carry a caveat because machine prefetch inflates them, so the decision rides on real answers, not vanity counts.
  • Promote the winnerPromote the stronger variant in a click once each one has enough sends, or turn on auto-optimize and let Laureo pick. Losing variants are paused, never deleted, so their results stay in the report.
Reply handling

Let each reply steer the sequence

A reply is not one thing. Someone asking for a meeting, someone away until next week, and someone asking to be left alone all deserve a different next move. Tell each sequence what a reply category should do and Laureo does it the moment the reply lands.

  • Out of office waits, then continuesAn automatic away reply is not a real answer, so the sequence pauses for the days you choose and picks up where it left off, with no lost lead and no wasted touch into an empty inbox.
  • Interested replies get flaggedA hot reply stops the automation and raises it for you to answer yourself, so a real conversation is never buried under another scheduled send.
  • Not interested and unsubscribe always stopAnyone who asks to be left alone is dropped from the sequence, and an unsubscribe request either applies automatically or waits for your confirmation, depending on your reply-handling setting.
AI reply drafting

Draft the reply, you send it

When a cold reply comes back interested, the slow part is writing the first version. One click drafts a short, on-brand reply grounded in the thread, and drops it straight into your reply box to review, edit, and send yourself. It is a first draft, never an autoresponder.

  • One click on an interested replyFrom the cold reply in your inbox, ask for a draft. Laureo reads what the prospect said and what you sent, and writes a concise reply that moves toward a next step.
  • You review, edit, and sendThe draft lands in the reply editor, fully editable. Nothing goes out until you send it yourself, from the same cold mailbox and the same reply path you already use.
  • Grounded and privateThe draft answers the real conversation and does not invent pricing or promises, and drafting runs under zero data retention, so your reply data is never kept or used to train a model.
