The Preset Agents

The six agents Laureo installs for you, what each does and when it runs, and the Inbox Reviewer that drafts two reply options for you to pick from.

They arrive switched on, in safe mode

You do not have to set anything up to get started.

When your organization is set up on a paid plan, Laureo installs a roster of six preset agents and turns them on for you. Each one runs in safe mode: it works on its schedule or trigger, but every action it proposes waits for a person to approve it. Nothing sends an email, changes a record, or moves money on its own. You can watch what they propose on the Agents home from day one.

On the Free plan
The presets are visible but paused on the Free plan. Upgrade to any paid plan to turn them on. Building your own custom agent needs the Business or Ultra plan.

You are in control of every preset. From the Your agents panel on the Agents home, a manager or admin can pause or resume any preset. To change how a preset behaves, open it and make a copy: that gives you a custom draft with the same instructions and actions, which you can adjust and publish as your own agent.

Sales Pipeline Agent

Reviews your pipeline every morning and proposes a next step for each stalled or at-risk deal.

Runs a risk scan of your open opportunities, flags the ones that have gone quiet or slipped past their close date, and proposes one concrete next step for each. It prioritises high-value and late-stage deals, and skips deals whose quiet period is explained by a future close date.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusStalled deals (no activity in 7 or more days) and at-risk deals (past the expected close date).—
RunsEvery morning, at 9:00 (UTC).Daily
ProposesA recommended next action logged on each flagged deal, with the days-stalled and last activity cited in its reasoning.—
ApprovalEvery proposal waits for your review. It never sends anything.Review

Outreach Agent

Finds contacts and threads that have gone quiet and drafts personalised follow-ups.

Looks for people with open deals or prior engagement who have had no activity recently, and dormant accounts that once showed interest. For each, it drafts a short, personalised follow-up that references the last real interaction, never generic filler. You review, edit, and send.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusContacts with no activity in the last 14 days and dormant accounts with past interest.—
RunsEvery morning, at 8:00 (UTC).Daily
ProposesA drafted follow-up email per contact. It skips people with no primary email or marked do-not-contact.—
ApprovalDrafts only. You always review and send. It never sends.Review

Data Steward

A weekly CRM hygiene audit that proposes fixes as review tasks.

Audits your data quality once a week. It looks for likely duplicates, contacts missing critical fields, companies with no contacts, and people not linked to a company. For each issue it creates a review task describing the problem and the specific recommended fix. It never changes a record itself; a person applies the actual change, unless you have turned on auto-approve for low-risk actions.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusLikely duplicates, missing email or phone, orphaned records.—
RunsOnce a week, on Monday at 6:00 (UTC).Weekly
ProposesA review task per issue, prioritised by impact on sales and reporting, with the recommended fix (merge, add field, link record).—
ApprovalSuggest only. It proposes review tasks and never mutates records directly.Review

AR and Quote Chaser

Chases overdue invoices and expiring quotes on weekdays.

Reviews your accounts-receivable aging and open quotes each weekday. It groups overdue invoices by how late they are and drafts an appropriately toned reminder for the billing contact, citing the invoice number, amount, and days overdue. For quotes nearing expiry, it creates a follow-up task for the deal owner. It never sends an email or changes a balance.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusOverdue invoices grouped gentle, firmer, or final, and open quotes nearing expiry.—
RunsEvery weekday, at 10:00 (UTC).Weekdays
ProposesA drafted reminder email per overdue invoice and a follow-up task per expiring quote.—
ApprovalDrafts and tasks only. It never sends or changes a balance.Review

Customer Success Agent

Watches renewal windows and churn signals and proposes proactive check-ins.

Monitors your accounts for renewal and churn risk each day. It surfaces accounts with renewals in the coming window and accounts whose engagement is declining, then creates a check-in task for the account owner with the specific signal and a suggested action. It prioritises by account value and risk.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusUpcoming renewals and accounts with declining engagement or long gaps since the last touch.—
RunsEvery morning, at 8:00 (UTC).Daily
ProposesA check-in task per at-risk account, with the signal and a suggested action.—
ApprovalProposes only. A person owns the outreach.Review

Inbox Reviewer

Triages inbound email and drafts two reply options for you to choose from.

The Inbox Reviewer is the one preset that runs on an event rather than a schedule. When a new inbound email arrives that is worth a reply, it drafts two distinct reply options instead of one, each taking a different angle or tone, grounded in the linked CRM record where one exists. You compare the two and pick the one you prefer.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusInbound email worth a reply. It skips newsletters, no-reply addresses, and automated mail before it ever runs.—
RunsThe moment an eligible email arrives (event-triggered), scoped to your primary inbound mail.On new email
ProposesTwo ready-to-review reply options on the thread.—

The two-draft, pick-one flow

1

An email arrives

When an eligible inbound email lands, the Inbox Reviewer reads it and the linked CRM context. Newsletters, no-reply senders, out-of-office, and automated mail are filtered out before a run even starts, so it does not waste effort or budget on mail you would not reply to.
2

Two options appear

It drafts two distinct reply options and attaches both to the thread. Each is a complete, focused reply that answers the sender’s actual question and proposes a clear next step, written in a different angle or tone.
3

You pick one

Open the email and choose the option you prefer. Your pick drops straight into the reply composer.
4

You edit and send

Adjust anything you like, then send it yourself. The agent never sends on your behalf. Which option you pick is recorded so the pick-rate on the Agents value panel reflects how useful the drafts are.
If the model can only produce one usable draft, a single option is stored and the thread falls back to the normal single-draft reply, so you are never blocked waiting on a pair.

Cold Reply Drafter

An Ultra-only preset that sits alongside the six, not inside the count.

Organizations on the Ultra plan see one more preset in the agent hub: the Cold Reply Drafter. It is kept out of the roster of six above on purpose, because only Ultra orgs ever receive it, so it is not one of the presets every paid plan installs. Think of it as the cold-outreach sibling of the Inbox Reviewer: event-triggered, drafts-only, and it never sends.

When a cold-outreach prospect replies with genuine interest or books a meeting, it writes a single ready-to-review reply and drops it straight into your inbox composer, grounded only in the prospect’s reply and the thread. You review, edit, and send it yourself. It holds no send permission at all, so an automatic send from this path is not possible.

FieldDescriptionDefault
FocusInterested and meeting-booked replies to your cold sequences. It ignores not-interested, out-of-office, and opt-out replies.—
RunsThe moment a cold prospect replies with interest (event-triggered).On cold reply
ProposesOne drafted reply placed in your cold reply composer for review.—
ApprovalDrafts only. You review, edit, and send. It never sends.Review
PlanUltra only. It is not one of the six presets every paid plan receives, and it does not change that count.Ultra
Turn it on or off per sequence with Draft replies with AI in Reply Handling. See AI Reply Drafting for how the drafts appear in your inbox.
