Personalized prompts that greet you when you open Laureo, a full prompt library you can pin and customize, and a guided tour of what Laureo can do
When you open Laureo with no messages, the suggestions you see are built around your role and your actual data.
On the full-page assistant at /ai, an empty conversation greets you with Hi, [your name]and a grid of one-tap starter prompts. These are not generic examples — they are chosen for what you do and what is happening in your CRM right now. A sales rep with stalled deals sees a different set than a manager or a service teammate, and a prompt only appears when there is real data behind it (you won't be offered "chase overdue invoices" when nothing is overdue).
Each prompt is written to get a useful, specific answer — ranking, citing the evidence, and recommending a next step — rather than a plain lookup. Tapping one sends it to Laureo immediately; you don't have to type anything.
The set is refreshed in the background so it stays current as your pipeline changes — there is no waiting for the AI to think when the page loads. If you are brand new or have very little data yet, you'll always get at least one zero-setup "show me my data right now" prompt so you have somewhere to start.
/ai). The floating panel and the homepage panel show a general set of suggestion chips, and on a company, contact, or deal detail page the chips reflect that specific record instead.Browse the full menu of what Laureo can do, pin your favorites, and write your own.
Below the starter prompts, click Browse all prompts to open the Prompt library — a slide-over panel with the complete menu of prompts, organized into three sections:
Clicking any prompt in the library sends it to Laureo and closes the drawer.
Pin the prompts you use most so they lead your starter chips.
Every prompt in the library has a pin icon on the right. Click it to pin a prompt; pinned prompts collect in the Yours section and lead your starter chips on the empty state, so your go-to prompts are always one tap away. Click the icon again to unpin.
Save a prompt you reuse so you never have to retype it.
In the Yours section, click New prompt to open a small composer with two fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Label* | The short button text shown on the chip. Keep it brief and outcome-focused. |
| Prompt* | The full message Laureo runs when you tap the chip. Write it the way you would type the request yourself. |
Pin a custom prompt to bring it into your starter chips — pinned custom prompts can still be edited or deleted from the Yours section.
A short, no-typing walkthrough of what Laureo can do — on sample data only.
The first time you open the full-page assistant, you'll see an invitation card: "New here? See 5 things Laureo can do with your CRM." Click Start the tour to begin, or Maybe later to dismiss it.
The tour is a guided 5-step walkthrough that shows Laureo reading your pipeline, drafting an email, creating a record, handling a money or support task, and running on a schedule as a background agent. Each step uses an approval preview or a short summary so you can see exactly what an action looks like before you ever run one for real. Use Backand Next to move through the steps, and Finish on the last step.
A Skip button is available on every step, and pressing Escalso exits. Once you finish or skip the tour, it won't show again.
When you finish, you land back on the assistant with your personalized starter prompts ready to go. The same tour also appears as the final step of the onboarding wizard, so new teammates get the walkthrough during setup.
