No quotas and no required hours. This is an independent-contractor partner program, not a job.
Monthly, by the 15th, for the prior month's customer payments. Annual-plan commissions release on the first payout cycle at least 30 days after the customer pays. Balances under a small monthly minimum roll into the next month and pay in full when you exit.
Your first-year rate earns on every subscription payment a customer makes in their first year. After that, you keep earning an ongoing share on the accounts you actively manage, for as long as you remain the active point of contact on the account. Accounts you are not actively managing earn a smaller second-year commission, and then that stream ends.
A refunded payment does not earn commission. If we already paid you on it, the amount nets against your future payouts. We never claw back money you have been paid on genuine business, and you never owe us.
Yes. We collect the standard tax form for your situation and pay in USD.
No. You are an independent partner. You present yourself that way, use the materials we provide, and do not send email from Laureo domains or bid on our name in ads.
Partners are independent contractors; this program is not an offer of employment. The Sales track is governed by the Sales Partner Agreement. Rates may change prospectively with 30 days' notice, never retroactively for deals already closed. Any public promotion of Laureo must disclose the partner relationship.
