Workflow automation engine
Visual workflow builder with triggers (deal stage change, form submission, date-based), conditions, and actions (send email, create task, update field, assign owner). Runs automatically in the background.
Invoicing and Quotes
Generate professional quotes and invoices directly from deals. PDF export, line-item editing, tax calculation, and email delivery built in.
Import and Export tools
CSV import for contacts, companies, and opportunities with field mapping, duplicate detection, and validation. Streaming CSV exports for up to 100K records.
Calendar sync timezone handling
Fixed an issue where Google Calendar events synced with incorrect times for users outside of UTC. All-day events now display correctly across all timezones.
Pipeline management
Drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline with customizable stages, win probability, weighted forecasting, and pipeline analytics. Multiple pipelines per organization supported.
Gmail two-way sync
Emails sent from Laureo now appear in your Gmail Sent folder. Replies from Gmail are automatically logged against the matching CRM contact.
Territory management
Define sales territories by region, industry, or custom rules. Assign reps to territories and filter pipeline views accordingly.
Duplicate contact detection improvements
Improved the Levenshtein similarity algorithm for duplicate detection during imports. Reduced false positives for short names and improved matching accuracy for email addresses.
