HubSpot pricing: what each Hub and seat costs
HubSpot costs $0 for its free tools, $20 a seat a month on Starter, and $90 a seat a month billed annually on Sales Hub Professional, plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee. Each Hub has its own price list, and Marketing Hub prices by marketing contact tier.
How much does HubSpot cost?
HubSpot costs $0 for its free tools (up to 2 users), $20 a seat a month on Starter, and $90 a seat a month billed annually on Sales Hub Professional or Service Hub Professional, while Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month billed annually for 2,000 marketing contacts. Sales, Service and Marketing Hub Professional also carry a required one-time onboarding fee.
At Professional, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Revenue Hub are priced per seat, while Marketing Hub, Content Hub and Data Hub are priced per account, and every Professional Hub is an annual commitment, billed monthly or annually. A team that needs sales, marketing and a help desk buys three price lists.
| Hub at Professional | Billed annually | Billed monthly, annual commitment | Required onboarding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales Hub | $90 a seat | $100 a seat | $1,500 one time |
| Service Hub | $90 a seat | $100 a seat | $1,500 one time |
| Marketing Hub | $800 a month | $890 a month | $3,000 one time |
Is HubSpot CRM free?
Yes, HubSpot's free tools cost $0 for up to 2 users and hold 1,000 contacts, with no time limit. Sequences, the help desk with SLAs, the knowledge base and quoting sit on paid Professional plans.
Laureo has no free plan. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, and Pro starts at $83.33 a month billed annually.
Why is HubSpot so expensive?
HubSpot gets expensive because each Hub has its own price list; Sales Hub, Service Hub and Marketing Hub Professional add required onboarding fees; the Professional Hubs need an annual commitment; and Marketing Hub prices by a marketing contact tier that cannot come down until renewal. Its agents add a charge per outcome on top, $0.50 for each conversation Breeze Customer Agent resolves.
Each of these moves the bill with no change to the software: a bigger list moves the contact tier, each Sales Hub Professional seat adds $90 a month billed annually, a help desk adds Service Hub seats, and each resolved conversation or recommended lead is a charge.
What is HubSpot Sales Hub pricing?
HubSpot Sales Hub costs $20 a seat a month on Starter, $90 a seat a month billed annually on Professional ($100 billed monthly) with a required $1,500 onboarding fee, and from $150 a seat on Enterprise with a required $3,500 fee. Sequences start on Professional; Starter has none.
