AI meeting notes and recordings, filed on the matching contact
Laureo finds the recordings, transcripts and smart notes your Google Meet meetings already make, plus Microsoft Teams transcripts once your Microsoft admin turns them on, and files each one on the contact and company its meeting matches. Read the whole transcript in the CRM, and let the AI pull out the action items as tasks you approve. No bot joins your calls, and recordings are included on every plan.
Zoom is coming soon. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams work today.
What are AI meeting notes?
AI meeting notes are the written record software makes from a call: a transcript of who said what, a short summary and the action items. In Laureo they come from your own meetings: Google Meet recordings, transcripts and smart notes, and Microsoft Teams transcripts, each filed on the contact the meeting's calendar event matched, plus the action items the AI finds in a transcript.
Google Meet writes its smart notes and transcripts on paid Google Workspace plans, and Microsoft Teams transcripts need a one-time setup by your Microsoft admin.
How does meeting recording software work with a CRM?
Meeting recording software saves each call, and a CRM link files it on the record of the person and the company the meeting was with. Laureo checks for new Google Meet files and Microsoft Teams transcripts every 15 minutes, matches each one to the calendar activity for its meeting, and sends any it cannot match to a Needs linking list you clear in one tap.
Can a CRM record your calls?
Laureo does not record calls itself, and Phone & SMS are coming soon, so it is not a CRM with call recording for phone calls. For video meetings, it files the Google Meet recordings and transcripts, and the Microsoft Teams transcripts, that your accounts already make on the meeting's contact and company, and no bot joins the meeting.
How much do AI meeting notes cost?
As of October 28, 2026, the AI note taker Fireflies lists Pro at $10 and Business at $19 per seat a month billed annually, and the scheduling tool Calendly adds its AI Notetaker on the Plus tiers, with Standard Plus at $18 per seat a month billed yearly. Laureo files meeting recordings and transcripts on every plan, and finding action items in a transcript draws on the plan's monthly AI credits.
Pro from $83.33/mo billed annually ($99.99 month-to-month), with 10,000 AI credits a month on Pro. Listed prices below were checked on October 28, 2026.

Works with the meeting recording software you already use
Your meeting tool already records and transcribes. Laureo connects to it, finds the files after each meeting and brings them to the record, so nobody downloads a recording or pastes notes into the CRM.
- Google MeetRecordings, transcripts and Meet smart notes, found in your Meet meeting history on paid Google Workspace plans (Business Standard or higher). The files stay in Google Drive, and Laureo links to them.
- Microsoft TeamsMeeting transcripts, once your Microsoft administrator completes a one-time setup. Until then Teams meetings show no transcripts, and Google Meet is not affected.
- Zoom (coming soon)Not connectable yet. Its card in Settings, Integrations says coming soon.
Connect your account on the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 integration page.
Every recording finds its meeting and its contact
Each file is matched to the calendar activity for its meeting, and from there to the meeting’s contact and company. A confident match files itself and sends you a notification. Anything else waits under Needs linking, so a recording is never lost.
- On the record it belongs toA matched file appears in the Files section of the contact and the company, marked Recording, Transcript or Summary. A file you link to a deal by hand shows in that deal's Files.
- One tap to file the restPick People, Companies or Deals, type two letters, choose the record, and the row clears.
- Set aside, never deletedDismiss moves a recording to Archived with an Undo, and Restore brings it back later.
- Every 15 minutes, or nowBackground sync runs on its own, and Sync now pulls the latest files on demand.
What happens after the call ends
A sales call ends, and the follow-up work starts in the CRM instead of in someone’s notebook.
- 1The meeting endsGoogle Meet or Microsoft Teams saves the files to its own cloud.
- 2Laureo finds themIt looks only at meeting files, never your whole Drive, and pulls the transcript text in.
- 3They land on the recordMatched to the meeting activity, then to its contact and company.
- 4The AI finds the tasksIt reads the transcript and proposes action items, and you choose which become tasks.
Read the whole transcript without leaving the CRM
Open any transcript from the Recordings page and choose Show full transcript to read the complete text, speaker by speaker. The text arrives once your meeting tool finishes processing the call, and appears on the next sync if it is not in yet.
- Speaker by speakerThe full text of who said what, inline, without opening the meeting tool.
- Your choice to store itAn admin can turn off saving transcript text for the organization, and recordings then show as a link to the original file.
- Delete means the CRM copyDeleting removes the recording, its transcript text and anything saved with it from Laureo, and leaves the file with your meeting tool.
From AI meeting notes to tasks you approve
Choose Find action items on a transcript and the AI reads the call for the commitments in it: who promised what, and by when. It proposes each one as a task with a suggested owner, and you edit, drop or keep each row, pick the project the work belongs to, then add the ones you keep.
- Nothing is created on its ownThe AI only proposes. A task exists once you accept it, and accepting the same list twice adds no duplicates.
- Owners from your teamEach suggestion can carry a teammate as its owner, and you change it before you add it.
- Uses your AI creditsEach pass draws on the plan's monthly AI credits: 10,000 on Pro, 25,000 on Business and 50,000 on Ultra.
Recordings and transcripts are isolated to your workspace, and the AI never trains on or keeps your data.
Each person sees the recordings their role allows
A recorded call holds what a customer said in confidence, so reading and changing recordings are separate permissions on the role, and the scope you set decides whose meetings each person can open.
- Own, Team or AllCalendar View sets whose recordings appear: a person's own, their teammates', or the whole organization's.
- Changing needs moreLinking, dismissing, restoring and deleting need Calendar Edit, and a role without it sees no buttons that would fail.
- View only, still usefulA view-only role can read the recordings it may see, and its own unfiled ones stay listed, marked View only.
Roles and scopes are set the same way across the CRM, and a meeting booked on a scheduling page set to Google Meet gets its Meet link, and the booking creates or links the guest's contact.
What a separate AI note taker adds to the bill
As of October 28, 2026, these are the listed prices of three note takers and meeting tools a sales team can add beside its CRM.
- FirefliesAn AI app for meeting notes. Pro lists $10 and Business $19 per seat a month, billed annually, and its AI Credits add-on, which features such as custom summaries need, starts at $5 per user a month.
- CalendlyThe AI Notetaker is not on Standard or Teams. It comes with the Plus tiers, with Standard Plus at $18 per seat a month billed yearly.
- Day AIAn AI CRM that records meetings, from $24 per seat a month billed annually on Turbo; its plans list no help desk, quotes, invoices or team chat.
- LaureoPro from $83.33/mo billed annually ($99.99 month-to-month). Meeting recordings and transcripts are on every plan, beside the inbox, campaigns, quotes and invoices, with unlimited contacts on all plans.
Laureo does not send a bot to record your calls. It files what Google Meet and Microsoft Teams already make, so a meeting needs recording or transcription turned on there first, and nobody on the call sees an extra attendee join.
