Starter supports one channel type, so a team that answers email and website chat together starts on Professional. Copilot adds $20 a seat a month below Enterprise, and Autopilot starts at $0.05 per conversation.

Does Front have a free plan?
No: Front lists three paid plans, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, and the lowest price is $25 a seat a month billed annually on Starter. Starter covers one channel type and up to 10 rules, so email and chat together start at $65 a seat on Professional.
Laureo has no free plan either. Pro starts at $83.33 a month billed annually, and the help desk and live chat start on Business at $166.66 a month billed annually.
How much does Front Copilot cost?
Front Copilot costs $20 per seat a month as an add-on on Starter and Professional, and it is included on Enterprise at $105 a seat billed annually. Autopilot, the AI agent that runs customer work, is a separate add-on from $0.05 per conversation.
Every Laureo plan includes monthly AI credits, with no seat fee for AI, and Laureo's AI never trains on your data. Front says it may use your data to further train your model.
