DocsPayment Analytics
Track revenue trends, collection rates, outstanding balances, and top customers
Analytics Page
The Payment Analytics page provides a real-time view of your payment performance.
Navigate to Payments → Analytics in the sidebar to open the analytics page. The page displays summary statistics, a 12-month revenue trend chart, and a list of your top-paying customers. Data refreshes every 5 minutes automatically.
Summary Statistics
Key metrics displayed at the top of the analytics page.
- Revenue this month — Total payment revenue collected in the current calendar month, displayed in your organization's base currency.
- Collection rate (YTD) — The percentage of invoiced amounts that have been collected year-to-date. A rate below 100% indicates outstanding or overdue invoices.
- Outstanding balance — The total amount still owed across all unpaid and partially paid invoices.
Monthly Revenue Chart
Visualize revenue over the last 12 months.
The bar chart shows monthly revenue for the last 12 months. Hover over any bar to see the exact revenue figure for that month. The chart scales automatically to fit the highest-revenue month. Use this to identify seasonal patterns and track growth.
Top Customers
See which companies are generating the most revenue.
The Top Customers section lists companies ranked by total payment volume. Each entry shows the company name and total amount paid. This helps identify your highest-value accounts and prioritize relationship management.
Dashboard Widget
Surface recent payments on your home dashboard.
The home dashboard includes an optional Recent Payments widget that shows the latest charges. Each entry displays the payment amount, status badge (succeeded, pending, or failed), and how long ago the payment was received. Click any payment linked to an invoice to open the invoice detail page. The widget includes a View analytics link to the full analytics page.
To add the widget, customize your dashboard layout and enable the Recent Payments widget.
