Browse built-in reports and analytics
The reports gallery provides a library of built-in reports to analyze your CRM data.
Reports give you insights into your sales pipeline, team performance, revenue trends, and customer activity. The gallery includes pre-built reports that cover the most common analytics needs, and you can create custom reports for more specific analysis.
Pre-configured reports available out of the box.
A single high-level summary of your CRM. It gathers the headline numbers — total open pipeline, won revenue, companies, and activity — alongside pipeline by stage, deals by owner, and an activity trend, so you get the whole picture at a glance.
Projected revenue from your open pipeline, broken down by timeline, stage, or owner. The forecast looks at deals still to close and their expected close dates, so you can see where revenue is expected to land over the coming months.
Stage conversion rates and deal progression shown as a funnel. See how many deals sit at each stage and the value they carry, and identify the stages where deals stall or drop off.
Activity trends by type over time. Track how the volume of calls, emails, meetings, and tasks logged by your team changes week to week, so you can see whether the work that drives deals is keeping pace.
Companies with no recent activity that need attention. This report lists accounts that have gone quiet — with their owner, type, status, and when they were last contacted — so nothing slips through the cracks.
Closed-won versus closed-lost deals by stage and owner, with counts and revenue. It is the starting point for understanding what drives your wins and losses; the dedicated Win-Loss Analysis article covers it in depth.
Reports are organized into categories for easy browsing.
Alongside the category tabs, a Dashboards tab collects the multi-report dashboards you compose from saved and built-in reports. See the Dashboards article for how to build one.
Interact with a report using its date range, scope, and drill-down.

Keep your reports up to date with the latest CRM data.
Reports load with current data each time you open them. If you have a report open and want to see the latest changes, click the refresh button in the top-right corner of the report view. Reports do not auto-refresh while you are viewing them to avoid disrupting your analysis.
