Dashboard Overview

Your AI Command Center homepage with a customizable grid layout, drag-and-drop widgets, and integrated AI panel

Dashboard Layout

The homepage features a 12-column grid layout with an AI panel on the left and customizable widget rows on the right.

The dashboard is split into two areas: an AI panel on the left side and a scrollable grid dashboard on the right. The AI panel stays at a fixed height while the dashboard content scrolls vertically through all four widget sections. The AI panel can be collapsed, expanded, or set to fullscreen.

The grid uses a uniform 4-4-4 column layout across four sections, with 12 widgets arranged in glassmorphism cards. Each section has three equally-sized widgets (4 columns each out of 12).

Widget Sections

The dashboard is organized into four widget sections.

KPIsPipeline & Revenue (pipeline bar), Performance (deals won + conversion), Activity Summary (new leads + tasks due), plus optional Quota Attainment, Avg Deal Size, and Deal Velocity widgets.
AnalyticsActivity Trend (area chart with previous period comparison), Lead Sources (donut chart), Status Distribution (bar chart), plus optional Revenue Forecast, Conversion Funnel, Email Performance, Pipeline Aging, and Win/Loss Analysis. Time range selector supports 7d, 30d, Month, Quarter, and YTD.
ActionsAction Items & At-Risk Deals (tabbed), Activity Feed (timeline), Quick Stats (task counts + pipeline mini), plus optional Goal Progress and Engagement Heatmap widgets.
Team (Your Team)Team Leaderboard (ranked by deals won/revenue/activities, toggleable), Team Activity (activity count bars per member), and Team Summary (team revenue, avg deals/rep, win rate, active deals). Manager-only.

Drag-and-Drop Customization

Rearrange widgets and sections by dragging them.

Click the Customize button in the dashboard header to enter edit mode. In edit mode, two types of drag handles appear:

Section handlesA row of dots above each section. Drag a section to reorder entire rows (e.g., move the Team section above Analytics).
Widget handlesA smaller grid of dots above each widget. Drag a widget to swap its position with another widget within the same section.
Layout is saved locally in your browser and persists across sessions. Click "Done" to exit edit mode. All widgets are uniformly sized (4-4-4 grid).

AI Panel

The AI panel has three states that control its visibility and size.

CollapsedA 72px capsule on the left with a color-cycling orb (blue, purple, cyan), vertical "Ask AI" text, a glass shimmer effect, and a pulsing progress bar. Click the capsule to expand.
ExpandedA 376px glass panel with the full AI chat interface. The dashboard fills the remaining width and scrolls independently alongside it.
FullscreenThe AI panel fills the entire content area and the dashboard is hidden on desktop. Use this when you want to focus on an AI conversation.
The AI panel state is saved locally in your browser so it persists across sessions.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Quickly cycle through AI panel states with a keyboard shortcut.

Press Cmd+. (Mac) or Ctrl+.(Windows/Linux) to cycle through the AI panel states: collapsed → expanded → fullscreen → collapsed.

This shortcut is suppressed when you are typing in an input field, textarea, or the AI chat box, so it won't interrupt your typing.

Widget Visibility

Toggle which widgets appear on your dashboard.

Click the gear icon next to the dashboard header to open the widget selector. Toggle widgets on or off with the checkboxes. Changes are saved automatically.

Dashboard Templates:Click the "Templates" button in the widget selector to apply a preset layout. Three templates are available:

  • Sales Rep — Pipeline, quota, velocity, and daily tasks
  • Sales Manager — Team performance, forecasting, and full analytics
  • SDR — Lead generation, email outreach, and engagement
Widget preferences are saved locally in your browser. They persist across sessions but are specific to each device.

Action Items

Your prioritized to-do list, generated automatically from CRM data.

The Action Items tab in the Attention widget aggregates items that need your attention from four sources:

  • Overdue tasks — Activities past their due date
  • At-risk deals — Open opportunities with no activity for 14+ days
  • Stale leads — Lead companies with no activity for 7+ days
  • Urgent notifications — Unread notifications

Items are scored by priority and urgency, with the most critical items shown first. The At-Risk Deals tab shows deals with risk scores and risk bars colored by severity.

Quick Actions

Common actions accessible from the dashboard header.

The dashboard header includes quick action buttons:

  • Add Company — Opens the create company slide panel
  • Log Activity — Opens the quick activity logger
  • AI Assistant — Toggles between collapsed and expanded AI panel states
  • Customize — Enters drag-and-drop edit mode for widget rearrangement
  • Widget Visibility — Gear icon next to the header opens the widget selector dropdown

Mobile & Tablet

How the dashboard adapts to smaller screens.

The dashboard is fully responsive across all screen sizes:

Mobile (<640px)Widgets stack in a single full-width column. Content padding is reduced to 12px. Buttons meet 44px minimum touch targets. The Customize button is hidden since drag-and-drop uses HTML5 APIs not supported on touch devices.
Tablet (640–1023px)Widgets display in a 2-column grid (6 cols each). The AI panel opens as a slide-over overlay from the right (400px wide, or full-screen on phones).
Desktop (1024–1279px)Uniform 4-4-4 grid layout. AI sidebar is 320px wide when expanded. Content padding is 24px.
Large Desktop (1280px+)AI sidebar expands to 376px. Uniform 4-4-4 grid with comfortable spacing.
Widget and section reordering is available only on desktop (1024px+). On mobile, widgets display in a fixed stacked order. Drag-and-drop uses pointer-based activation with an 8px distance threshold.

On notched phones (iPhone X+), the layout respects safe-area insets to avoid content being hidden behind the notch or home indicator.
