Which is better, Instantly or Apollo?

Instantly is built around sending cold email by volume, with its CRM as a separate plan, and Apollo around per-seat outbound with sequences and pipeline tools; neither lists quotes, invoices or a help desk. Laureo is the better fit when the deal goes on past the reply: Ultra runs cold outreach inside the CRM, with quotes and invoices on every plan and the help desk on Business and Ultra.

Is Instantly cheaper than Apollo?

On the first paid plans they start close for one sender: Instantly Outreach Growth is $47 a month for the account, and Apollo Basic $49 a seat a month billed annually, or $65 monthly. For a team, Apollo bills each seat, while Instantly bills by volume and adds a CRM plan at a flat $97 a month.

Laureo Ultra from $249.99/mo billed annually ($299.99 month-to-month) includes 2 seats, cold outreach and the CRM in one plan, and each added Ultra seat is $124.99 a month billed annually. Prices as Instantly and Apollo published them in October 2026.

Can Instantly or Apollo replace a CRM?

Partly: Instantly sells a CRM as a separate plan that its help center prices at a flat $97 a month, and Apollo includes pipeline tools but lists no quotes, invoices or help desk in its plan chart. Laureo is a full CRM on every plan, and on Ultra the cold outreach runs in the same app as the deal, the quote and the invoice.

Apollo's own HubSpot page puts it plainly: Apollo finds leads, and HubSpot works them.

The verdict

Instantly, Apollo.io, or the all-in-one option

Pick Laureo when the team that sends the cold email also runs the deal: Ultra puts cold outreach, the CRM, campaigns, quotes and invoices in one month-to-month plan, with no CRM plan, seat credits or second tool to keep in sync.

  • One plan and one bill cover your CRM, inbox, email campaigns, booking pages, and quotes and invoices, so you stop paying for separate tools.
  • Pay month to month on any plan, with no annual contract or upfront commitment, and cancel in the app at any time.
  • Quotes, invoices and payment reminders are built in on every plan, with no billing add-on.
  • Business and Ultra include a help desk, knowledge base, public help center and live chat, with no separate help desk subscription.
  • The AI never trains on your data, and every AI request goes only to providers that keep none of it.
