Analyze why deals are won or lost
The Win-Loss Analysis page provides a dedicated view into your closed opportunities. It surfaces your win rate, won and lost counts and revenue, average deal size, and the most common win and loss reasons to help you understand what drives success and where deals fall through.
Key Metrics
- Win Rate — Percentage of closed opportunities that were won, counted among the deals that closed during the selected period. Calculated as deals won divided by total closed deals (won + lost).
- Avg deal size — Mean value of won deals in the selected period.
- Average Sales Cycle — Average number of days from a deal's creation to its close, across the closed deals in the selected period. It feeds the AI analysis below rather than showing as its own tile.
- Loss Reasons — Breakdown of reasons recorded when deals are marked as lost, showing the most common factors.
Use the date-range dropdown at the top of the page to choose the period your win-loss analysis covers. The available ranges are:
- Last 7 days — Rolling seven-day window ending today.
- Last 30 days — Rolling thirty-day window ending today.
- Last 90 days — Rolling ninety-day window ending today.
- This month — The current calendar month.
- Last month — The previous full calendar month.
- This quarter — The current calendar quarter.
- This year — The current calendar year, from January 1.
Beyond the numbers, you can ask for an AI analysis of the same closed-deal data. It reads the win rate, sales cycle, and loss reasons for the selected period and writes a short, plain-language summary: what is working, where deals are slipping, and which loss reasons are recurring. Treat it as a starting point for a team conversation, not a verdict — it summarizes the trends the page already shows, and the underlying figures remain the source of truth.
