Email reports on a recurring schedule
Have a report emailed to your team on a recurring schedule.
Scheduled delivery sends a report to a list of recipients on a repeating cadence, so the numbers land in their inbox without anyone opening the app. Each delivery includes the report as a CSV attachment alongside an HTML summary of the same data, so recipients can read it in the email or open the attachment in a spreadsheet.
Choose the report, the cadence, and who receives it.
When each cadence sends.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Daily | Sent once every day. |
| Weekly · Monday | Sent once a week, at the start of the week. |
| Weekly · Friday | Sent once a week, at the end of the work week. |
| Monthly · 1st | Sent on the first day of each month. |
| Monthly · last day | Sent on the last day of each month. |
A CSV attachment plus an HTML summary.
Every delivery contains two views of the same report: a CSV attachment with the full data for spreadsheets, and an HTML summaryin the body of the email so recipients can skim the result without downloading anything. The data reflects the report's saved filters as of the moment it is sent.
Anyone on the list can opt out for their own address.
Every scheduled report email carries a one-click unsubscribe option, so recipients who do not have a Laureo account can still stop the mail themselves. They open the report email and use the Unsubscribecontrol their email app shows for this kind of message; confirming it stops that address from receiving further scheduled report emails from your workspace — no sign-in required.
Know when a report has gone out.
When a scheduled report is sent, you receive an in-app notification confirming the delivery. Each schedule also records when it was last sent, so you can see at a glance that it is running on time and when the most recent send happened.
Stop deliveries without deleting the schedule.
Open the Scheduled tab of the reports library to pause or resume any delivery. A paused schedule sends nothing until you resume it, and the report it points to no longer shows the Scheduledtag in the library — that tag marks live deliveries only, so a paused report reads as Shared or Private again. Resuming the schedule brings both the tag and the deliveries back.
