Download report data for use in spreadsheets and external tools.
Any report in the gallery (built-in or custom) can be exported to CSV. The export includes the data currently displayed in the report, respecting any filters and date range you have applied.
How to Export
Open the report you want to export from the reports gallery.
Apply any filters or date range to narrow the data to the set you need.
Open the Export menu in the top-right corner of the report view and choose Export CSV.
The CSV file downloads to your browser's default download location.
Export format
Exported files are in standard CSV format compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet applications. Column headers match the field names and dimensions shown in the report.
Who can export
Exporting is gated by the Export Reportspermission. If your role does not include it, the report still opens and renders normally — the export control is simply not available.
Downloading a Report as PDF
Save a print-optimized copy of a report to share or file.
When you need a fixed copy of a report — to attach to an email, drop into a deck, or keep for the record — use Print / PDF. It opens your browser's print dialog with a print-optimized layout of the report: the title, the key metrics, and the underlying table are arranged for the page, without the rails and toolbar around them.
How to Save a Report as PDF
Open the report and set the filters and date range you want captured.
Open the Export menu in the report's actions and choose Print / PDF.
In the print dialog that opens, choose Save as PDF as the destination (or send it straight to a printer).
The PDF reflects the report's metrics and table for the range you have applied — the same rows the CSV export would contain.
CSV for analysis, PDF for sharing
Reach for CSV when you want to pivot, re-chart, or combine the numbers with other data in a spreadsheet. Reach for PDF when you want a clean, unchangeable snapshot of the report as it looks today.
