Where a report answers one question, a dashboard answers several at once. You build a dashboard by placing existing reports — built-in or your own saved reports — onto a grid, so the numbers you check every morning live on one screen. Open the Dashboards tab on the Reports page to see the dashboards your organization has built and to create new ones.

Every dashboard you build is private to you by default. To let teammates see it, open the dashboard's options menu (the … button next to its name) and choose Share with team. A shared dashboard appears in your teammates' Dashboards lists with a Shared tag, and they can view it but not change its layout — only the owner can add, move, resize, or remove its widgets. To take it back private, open the same menu and choose Make private.

A filter bar sits across the top of every dashboard. Change the date range or the owner there and every widget on the dashboard updates together, so the whole page speaks to the same period and the same person. The owner control is a single picker: leave it on Everyone for the whole team, or choose one teammate to re-scope every report to their records. This is what makes a dashboard a single view rather than a pile of unrelated charts: pick “this quarter, Everyone” once and every report follows.

Each widget shows when its data was last loaded, so you always know how current a number is. Use a widget's refresh button to pull the latest data for the dashboard's widgets at once. Dashboards do not auto-refresh while you are reading them, so a number will not shift under you mid-analysis.

Click a widget's title to open its full report. You can also click a segment inside a widget — a bar, a slice, or a funnel stage — to open that report already drilled into the segment you clicked, so you land on exactly the records behind that part of the chart.
