Scheduled Digest & Export

Get your dashboard out of the app: a scheduled email digest on a cadence you pick, and a one-click PDF export for QBRs and board decks

Scheduled email digest

A snapshot of your dashboard, emailed to you on a schedule you pick.

The email digest sends a short snapshot of your own dashboard to your own inbox on a cadence you choose. It is off by defaultand only ever goes to the email address you sign in with — there is no recipient list, so the digest can never expose your data to another person. The snapshot is rendered under your saved dashboard filters, so the numbers match what you see when you open the dashboard.

Turn the digest on

Enable and schedule the digest from your dashboard preferences.

1

Open your dashboard preferences

Select the gear icon in the dashboard header to open the settings panel, or go to Settings › Home dashboard. Both show the same controls.
2

Find the Email digest section

Scroll to Email digest in the preferences.
3

Turn on "Email me a digest"

Flip the switch on. The scheduling controls below it become active.
4

Choose how often, the send time, and the timezone

Pick a cadence, the hour it should send, and the timezone that hour is read in. Each control autosaves — there is no Save button.

Digest controls

  • Email me a digest — The opt-in switch. Nothing sends until this is on.
  • How often — Every day, weekly on Mondays, or weekly on Fridays.
  • Send time — The hour of day it sends, in the timezone below.
  • Timezone — The timezone your send time is read in. It defaults to your browser timezone.

What the digest contains

The same headline read your dashboard leads with.

Each digest email is a compact read of where things stand for the range you have saved:

  • Headline numbers — New leads, pipeline value, won this period, and conversion rate, in your organization's base currency.
  • Your work — How many items are overdue and how many are due today.
  • Deals needing attention — Up to three of your at-risk deals, using the same risk scoring the dashboard shows. Omitted when there are none.
  • Open your dashboard — A button that takes you straight back to the live dashboard.

If you are a manager, the snapshot follows your saved dashboard audience (your whole team, just you, or a specific teammate). Everyone else sees their own numbers.

Quiet hours and your filters are respected
The digest never sends during your notification quiet hours — a send that would land in a quiet window is held until the next eligible time. It also honors the date range and audience you have saved on the dashboard, so the email is not a generic report but a copy of your own view. You can turn the digest off again at any time from the same Email digest section.

Export your dashboard to PDF

A shareable file of your current dashboard for QBRs, board decks, and offline review.

Select Export in the dashboard header to download your dashboard as a PDF. The file is a data-driven render, not a screenshot — the numbers are pulled fresh and laid out cleanly, so the export stays crisp at any size and reads well in a slide or a printout. It downloads as a dated file named dashboard-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf.

What the PDF contains

  • Cover header — Your organization name, who it was prepared for, the period, the audience, and when it was generated.
  • Key metrics — The KPI tiles you have pinned to your dashboard's headline strip.
  • Pipeline by stage — Each open stage with its deal count and total value.
  • Deals needing attention — Your at-risk deals (up to eight).
  • Additional metrics — The cross-suite cards you have visible (cash collected, quote-to-cash, support health, project delivery, automation payoff) and quota attainment, each shown only when it has data.

The export mirrors your live dashboard:

  • Respects your filters — The headline numbers use the same date range and audience you have selected on the dashboard.
  • Respects your visible cards — A card you have turned off is left out of the PDF, so the export matches the dashboard you actually use.
Manager-only cards and quota
The cash collected and quote-to-cashcards are manager surfaces, so they appear in the PDF only for managers, exactly as they do on the dashboard. Quota attainment appears only when your organization has goals set up. A sales rep's export always covers their own numbers — it can never include team-wide figures they cannot see on the dashboard.
