Tailor your home dashboard — which cards show, the headline KPI strip, and the default date range (and, for managers, the default audience)
Tune the dashboard from a slide-in panel on the page, or from a full settings page.
Home dashboard preferences control how your dashboard is presented to you — which cards appear, which headline metrics fill the KPI strip, and the date range (and audience) the dashboard opens to. You can reach these preferences two ways, and they always show the same values:
Which dashboard cards are shown, and how to reorder them.
The Cardssection lists every dashboard card as a switch — turn one on to show it, off to hide it. Cards are grouped the same way they appear on the dashboard. Manager-only cards (team performance, forecasting, and the like) are only listed if your role can see them, so the options you get match what your dashboard can actually display.
The row of headline metrics across the top of the dashboard.
The KPI strip is the row of headline numbers at the top of the dashboard. Tick a metric to add it to the strip, untick it to remove it. You can show between 3 and 6 metrics: once you reach 6 the remaining metrics are disabled until you remove one, and once you are down to 3 you can't remove any more. The counter shows how many you have selected.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Choose metrics | Tick 3 to 6 headline metrics to fill the strip. Manager-only metrics only appear if your role can see them. The picker disables further additions at 6 and further removals at 3. |
| Lead metric | The first metric in the strip is the lead metric — it renders larger and is the only one that shows a sparkline. Reorder the strip to choose which metric leads. |
| Reorder | Use the up and down arrows next to a selected metric to move it along the strip. The metric you move to the front becomes the lead metric. |
The date range — and, for managers, the audience — the dashboard opens to.
This sets the defaultthe dashboard starts on each time you open it. The filter bar on the dashboard itself is still the live, in-session override — change the range there to look at a different period without altering the default you set here.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Default date range | The period the dashboard opens to. Choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, This quarter, or Year to date. This rescopes the KPI strip and the analytics cards — it does not change your "Your work" items. |
| Default audience | Managers only. Whose data the dashboard shows by default — Just me, the whole team, or a specific teammate. Only you see this preference; it does not change anyone else’s dashboard. |
Apply a ready-made set of cards, or reset your whole layout.
A presetis a one-click starting set of cards for a common role. Applying one swaps in that preset's cards (it doesn't touch your KPI strip, which you customize separately). The preset you last applied is marked Applied, and each shows how many cards it turns on.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Sales Rep | Pipeline, quota, velocity, and daily tasks. |
| Sales Manager | Team performance, forecasting, and analytics. Only listed for managers, since it includes manager-only cards. |
| SDR | Lead generation, email outreach, and engagement. |
| Reset to defaults | Restore your whole layout — visible cards, their order, the KPI strip, and the default range — to the standard starting point for your role. |
Changes save themselves and follow you everywhere.
There is no Save button. Every change you make autosaves the moment you make it — a brief Saving… indicator, then a Saved confirmation, lets you know it stuck. Because the panel, the Settings > Home dashboardpage, and the live dashboard all read and write the same preferences, a change in one shows up in the others immediately — and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you to any device you sign in on.
