From a recorded meeting that has a transcript, Laureo can suggest tasks to add to a project. You get a list of proposed tasks to review, pick the ones you want, and only the tasks you accept are created, each on the project you chose. Nothing is written until you accept.
A calm, once-a-week summary of the projects that need attention.
Once a week, a project owner gets a single batched digest of their projects that look at risk. A project is flagged when it is past its target end date, has overdue tasks, has a slipped milestone, or has gone quiet with no recent activity. The digest is a heads-up you glance at: it is awareness, not a task list, and it respects your notification preferences and quiet hours. The actual work to do stays where you act on it, so nothing is surfaced twice.
Describe or paste a brief and get a proposed project plus tasks.
Paste a project brief into a chat with Laureo and ask it to set up a project. It reads the brief into a proposed project (a name, an optional target date, an optional linked company or deal, an owner) and a list of proposed tasks. You see the full proposal first and nothing is created until you confirm it. If the brief is vague or its dates conflict, the assistant asks you rather than guessing.
The assistant can do the project actions you can, with the same permissions.
