Attribute native-scheduler meetings and closed-won pipeline back to the cold sequence that sourced the contact
The structural advantage of running outreach inside your CRM.
When a cold prospect books time with you through your scheduler link, Laureo records which cold sequence sourced that meeting — on the booking itself. Because the lead, the meeting, and the deal already live in the same CRM, that link is native. There is no third-party calendar tool to connect and no webhook to keep in sync. Meeting Attribution is part of the Cold Outreach module, so it is available on the Ultra plan.
One step and the attribution happens on its own.
Paste your booking link into a cold-sequence step the same way you would any other call to action — for example, “grab a time here” with your scheduler URL. When the send goes out, Laureo tags that link so a meeting booked through it points back to the sequence and the specific lead it was sent to. You do not change how you write the step; a booking link that does not carry the tag still works exactly as before.
Meetings booked, cost to book, and pipeline, per sequence.
The Analytics tab has a Meeting & pipeline attribution panel. Pick a sequence and it shows, for the selected period:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Meetings booked | Confirmed meetings booked through this sequence’s scheduler link in the period. |
| Cold sends | Cold emails this sequence actually sent in the period — the effort side of the ratio. |
| Sends per meeting | How many cold sends it took, on average, to book one meeting. A lower number means the sequence books more efficiently. |
| Pipeline (closed-won) | Closed-won revenue at the accounts that booked from this sequence, closed on or after the meeting. Shown in your organization’s base currency. |
Mirrors the way warm campaigns attribute revenue.
A booking creates or matches a CRM contact. If that contact’s account later has a deal marked closed-won — on or after the meeting date — that revenue rolls up under the sequence. Each account’s deals are counted once, and only deals in your base currency are summed; deals in another currency are counted separately and disclosed rather than mixed into the total. This is the same engagement-to-revenue model the warm campaigns analytics uses, applied to cold meetings.
