When a cold reply comes back interested, the slow part is not deciding to answer, it is writing the first version. AI reply drafting reads the thread and writes a short, on-brand reply for you. The draft lands in the reply box in your inbox, where you read it, change anything you like, and send it yourself. It is an Ultra capability, and it never sends on its own.

You do not have to click at all. In Reply Handling, turn on Draft replies with AI for a sequence and Laureo watches its cold replies for you. When a prospect replies with clear interest or books a meeting, it writes the draft on its own and drops it into your cold reply rail with a review banner, often ready before you open the thread. It only runs on interested and meeting replies, never on a not-interested, out-of-office, or opt-out reply, and only when it is confident about the reply’s intent.

The draft uses the whole thread plus the cold outreach section: the campaign and the step the prospect replied to, the lead’s details, their intent and any earlier replies from them, your booking link, and your sender details, all written in your writing style. So it answers the real conversation and the offer they responded to instead of a generic template. It keeps things short, acknowledges what the prospect wrote, and moves toward a clear next step, such as offering your booking link when they are interested. It will not invent pricing, dates, or promises that the thread and the campaign do not state, which is why a quick read before sending is always worth it.

Under the draft, Why this draft shows what was used, grouped as Writing style, Cold outreach (the campaign, the step they replied to, the lead and their earlier replies) and Your business. It stays while the draft is in the reply box and goes away once you clear it or send. A suggested reply on the same thread works from the same facts.
