You do not have to click at all. In Reply Handling, turn on Draft replies with AI for a sequence and Laureo watches its cold replies for you. When a prospect replies with clear interest or books a meeting, it writes the draft on its own and drops it into your cold reply rail with a review banner, often ready before you open the thread. It only runs on interested and meeting replies, never on a not-interested, out-of-office, or opt-out reply, and only when it is confident about the reply’s intent.

The draft is built from the reply you are answering and the message you sent, so it responds to the real conversation instead of a generic template. It keeps things short, acknowledges what the prospect wrote, and moves toward a clear next step such as a quick call. It will not invent pricing, dates, or promises that are not already part of the thread, which is why a quick read before sending is always worth it.
