Draft a reply to an interested cold reply in one click, then review, edit, and send it yourself
A first draft, not an autoresponder
One click turns an interested reply into a ready-to-edit draft.
When a cold reply comes back interested, the slow part is not deciding to answer, it is writing the first version. AI reply drafting reads the thread and writes a short, on-brand reply for you. The draft lands in the reply box in your inbox, where you read it, change anything you like, and send it yourself. It is an Ultra capability, and it never sends on its own.
You are always the one who sends
The draft is placed in the reply editor for you to review. Nothing is sent until you click Send, from the same cold mailbox and the same reply path you already use. There is no auto-reply and no send on your behalf.
Draft a reply
From the cold reply in your inbox.
1
Open the cold reply
In your email inbox, switch to the Cold filter and open a reply flagged as interested or a booked meeting. Cold replies are sorted by intent, so the hot ones are easy to find.
2
Click "AI draft reply"
The action sits in the reply rail. Laureo reads the thread and writes a short reply grounded in what the prospect said and what you sent, then drops it into the reply editor below.
3
Review and edit
Read the draft, adjust the wording, add anything specific, and remove anything you do not want. The draft is fully editable, exactly like a reply you typed yourself.
4
Send it yourself
When you are happy, click Send. The reply goes out from the dedicated cold mailbox on the same thread, and a reply is never counted against your cold sending cap.
Or let it draft the moment a reply lands
Turn on automatic drafting and skip the click.
You do not have to click at all. In Reply Handling, turn on Draft replies with AIfor a sequence and Laureo watches its cold replies for you. When a prospect replies with clear interest or books a meeting, it writes the draft on its own and drops it into your cold reply rail with a review banner, often ready before you open the thread. It only runs on interested and meeting replies, never on a not-interested, out-of-office, or opt-out reply, and only when it is confident about the reply’s intent.
Automatic drafting still never sends
Automatic mode changes when the draft appears, not who sends it. Every draft still lands in the reply editor for you to read, edit, and send yourself, from the same cold mailbox. There is no auto-reply. The Draft replies with AI toggle is set per sequence in Reply Handling and is an Ultra capability, the same as one-click drafting.
Grounded in the conversation
It answers what they actually said.
The draft is built from the reply you are answering and the message you sent, so it responds to the real conversation instead of a generic template. It keeps things short, acknowledges what the prospect wrote, and moves toward a clear next step such as a quick call. It will not invent pricing, dates, or promises that are not already part of the thread, which is why a quick read before sending is always worth it.
Your data stays yours
Drafting runs under zero-data-retention: the AI provider does not keep or train on your thread. The reply text is used to write the draft and nothing more. AI drafting draws on your workspace AI budget like other AI features, so a draft is metered the same way.
When the button appears
Interested replies, with a healthy mailbox.
It shows on interested replies. The action appears on a cold reply classified as interested or a booked meeting, the categories where a personal answer is the right next move.
The mailbox must be available. If the pinned cold mailbox is paused or disconnected, reconnect it first. You reply, and draft, from that same mailbox.
Ultra plan. AI reply drafting is part of the Ultra Cold Outreach module, alongside sequences, deliverability controls, and reply handling.
