Create and manage email campaigns
What Are Campaigns?
Campaigns let you send bulk emails to contact groups with tracking, A/B testing, and follow-up sequences.
Email campaigns are designed for sending targeted bulk emails to your contact groups. Each campaign supports personalization, open/click tracking, A/B subject testing, automated follow-up sequences, and detailed analytics.
Creating a Campaign
Use the 4-step wizard to set up your campaign.
Click New Campaign to open the campaign wizard:
- Content — Write your email subject and body with personalization variables like {{first_name}} and {{company}}
- Recipients — Select a contact group or add manual recipients
- Follow-ups — Add automated follow-up emails triggered by recipient behavior (no reply, no open, no click)
- Settings — Choose your sending email, enable tracking, configure A/B testing, and schedule
A/B Testing
Test subject line variants to optimize open rates.
Enable A/B testing in the Settings step to split your recipients between two subject line variants. Configure the test percentage (5-50%), duration (1-72 hours), and winning metric (open rate, click rate, or reply rate). After the test period, the winning variant is automatically sent to remaining recipients.
Campaign Analytics
Track performance with detailed metrics.
Each campaign tracks sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, and replied counts. The Analytics dashboard shows trends over time, best/worst performing campaigns, and per-campaign breakdowns.
