Global Shortcuts
Work from anywhere in the CRM.
Ctrl+Shift+N — Open the task create dialog from any page (Cmd on macOS)
On the Task Board
Shortcuts active when the board or list view is focused.
n — New task (opens create dialog)
/ — Focus the search input
j — Move focus to the next task
k — Move focus to the previous task
← / → — Move focus to the previous / next column (board view)
↑ / ↓ — Move focus up / down within a column or list
Space — Peek the focused task's detail panel
Enter — Open the focused task in full detail
c — Mark the focused task complete (toggle)
Esc — Close peek panel, cancel quick-add, or clear selection
Selection & Bulk Actions
Keyboard-friendly multi-select in list view.
Shift + click — Range-select tasks
Ctrl / Cmd + click — Toggle individual task in selection
Esc — Clear the current selection
Focus model
Keyboard shortcuts are disabled while you are typing in an input or rich-text editor. Click outside the field or press Esc to restore board-level shortcuts.
