Switch between light, dark, and system themes
Choose the visual theme for your CRM interface.
Navigate to Settings > Appearance to select your preferred theme. Three options are available:
Automatic theme switching based on your OS settings.
When set to System, the CRM detects your operating system's current theme preference using the prefers-color-scheme media query. If your OS is in dark mode, the CRM displays the dark theme. If your OS is in light mode, the CRM displays the light theme. Changes to your OS theme are reflected in real time without needing to reload the page.
Theme changes are applied instantly.
When you select a new theme from the settings page, the change is applied immediately across all pages and components. There is no need to refresh the page or restart your session. The transition is smooth and all UI elements update at once.
Your theme choice is remembered in this browser.
Your selected theme is stored locally in this browser, so it persists across sessions on this device. It is not saved to your account and does not sync across browsers or devices. Set your preferred theme on each browser or computer you use.
For quick access, a theme toggle button is available at the bottom of the sidebar. Each click cycles through the three modes in order: Light → Dark → System. This lets you switch themes without navigating to the settings page. The current mode is indicated by the icon displayed on the toggle button.
