Inventory list settings control how your stock table is presented to you — which columns appear, how dense the rows are, how many rows load per page, the order they sort in, and more. You can reach these settings two ways, and they always show the same values:

• The settings panel — open it from the gear above the inventory list. It slides in from the right so you can change a control and see the list update behind it right away.
• The settings page — go to Settings > Inventory list for the same controls laid out on a full page, useful when you want to review everything at once.

Toggle individual columns on or off to build the view you want. The standard columns — Product, Location, On hand, Allocated, Available, Status, and Reorder point — can each be shown or hidden, and three extra columns are available to switch on: SKU, Reorder qty, and Updated (hidden by default). Drag the handle next to a column to reorder them. The Actions column is always present and can't be hidden. Hidden columns and your chosen order are remembered so the table looks the same the next time you open it.

Choose between Comfortable and Compact. Comfortable gives each row a little more breathing room and is easier to scan; compact fits more stock rows on screen at once, which is handy when you are working through a long list. Pick whichever suits how you read the table.

Set how many rows appear before you need to page forward — 25, 50, or 100. A smaller page size loads faster and keeps scrolling short; a larger page size lets you see more stock without paging. The list loads 100 rows per page by default, and the pagination controls at the bottom always reflect the page size you choose here.

Choose the column the list is sorted by when it first loads, and whether it sorts ascending or descending. You can sort by Last updated, Available, On hand, or Reorder point. By default the list opens sorted by last updated, newest first. You can still click a column header to re-sort at any time — the default sort just decides where the list starts each time you open it.

Pin the Product column so it stays in place when the table scrolls horizontally. Freezing it keeps each row identifiable while you scroll right to read its stock, status, and other columns. This is on by default. While the first column is frozen, Product always stays visible and first — you can't hide it or drag it elsewhere; turn freeze off first if you want to move or hide it. Turn it off at any time to let every column scroll freely.

Set a starting filter that is applied every time you open the inventory list. You can pick a default location so the list opens scoped to one warehouse or store instead of all locations, and turn on Low stock only to start with just the rows at or below their reorder point. The toolbar location dropdown and low-stock toggle reflect your saved default, and you can always clear or change them on the list itself — the default just decides what you see first. A text search is never saved as a default; the search box always starts empty.

From the slide-in panel you can control the notifications you receive about inventory — when stock runs low, when a backorder is created, and when a purchase order is received. For each event you can choose whether to be notified in the app, by email, or both. A Manage all notifications link opens your full notification settings if you want the rest.

There is no save button. Every change you make autosaves the moment you make it, and a brief saved indicator confirms it. Because the panel and the settings page read and write the same preferences, a change in one shows up in the other immediately — and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you to any device you sign in on.
