Product list settings control how your catalog table is presented to you — which columns appear, how dense the rows are, how many products load per page, the order they sort in, and more. You can reach these settings two ways, and they always show the same values:

• The settings panel— open it from the toolbar above the product catalog. It slides in from the right so you can change a control and see the list update behind it right away.
• The settings page — go to Settings > Product list for the same controls laid out on a full page, useful when you want to review everything at once.

Toggle individual columns on or off to build the view you want. Standard columns such as product name, SKU, category, type, price, currency, billing, tax class, status, and created date can each be shown or hidden, and you can drag the handle next to a column to reorder them. Hidden columns and your chosen order are remembered so the table looks the same the next time you open it.

Choose between Comfortable and Compact. Comfortable gives each row a little more breathing room and is easier to scan; compact fits more products on screen at once, which is handy when you are working through a long catalog. Pick whichever suits how you read the table.

Set how many products appear before you need to page forward. A smaller page size loads faster and keeps scrolling short; a larger page size lets you see more products without paging. The pagination controls at the bottom of the catalog always reflect the page size you choose here.

Choose the field the catalog is sorted by when it first loads, and whether it sorts ascending or descending. You can sort by created date, name, price, SKU, type, or updated date. New products are shown first by default (created date, newest first). You can still click a column header to re-sort at any time — the default sort just decides where the list starts each time you open it.

Pin the first column so it stays in place when the table scrolls horizontally. Freezing the product column keeps each row identifiable while you scroll right to read its price, billing, and other columns. Turn it off at any time to let every column scroll freely.

Set a starting filter that is applied every time you open the product catalog — for instance, opening straight to a particular category, a single product type, or only active products. You can always clear or change the filter on the catalog itself; the default just decides what you see first.

There is no save button. Every change you make autosaves the moment you make it, and a brief saved indicator confirms it. Because the panel and the settings page read and write the same preferences, a change in one shows up in the other immediately — and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you to any device you sign in on.
