Review the mail, calendar, and file permissions Laureo requests, then approve them.
Pick the mailbox and calendar to sync, then save. Laureo links your recent history to the matching records and opens the real-time mail channel.

Limitations

Teams transcript capture requires transcription to be enabled for the meeting in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Calls that run without transcription still link to the record, just without the text.
OneDrive and SharePoint linking is scoped to the sites and libraries your own account can already access. Laureo never widens your permissions to reach a file you could not open yourself.
