Integration

Microsoft 365 integration for Laureo CRM

Connect Outlook mail and calendar, Teams meetings, and OneDrive and SharePoint documents to your records.

What syncs

What syncs

  • Outlook mail syncs both waysMessages you send and receive are matched to the right contact and deal, and mail you send from Laureo lands in your Outlook sent folder. A push channel means new mail appears on the record within seconds rather than waiting on a scheduled poll.
  • Outlook Calendar stays in two-way syncMeetings you create in Laureo appear on your Outlook calendar, and events booked directly in Outlook show up in Laureo, so your availability reflects both sides at once instead of drifting apart.
  • Teams meetings are created on bookingsWhen someone books time through a Laureo scheduling link, the meeting is placed on your calendar with its join link, and the transcript is captured onto the matching record so the conversation is searchable after the call.
  • OneDrive and SharePoint documents can be linked directly on a recordThe proposal, statement of work, or signed contract stays attached to the deal it belongs to, so nobody hunts through folders for the current version.
Setup

How to connect

  1. Open Settings and go to Integrations in your Laureo workspace.
  2. Click Connect on the Microsoft card and sign in with the work or school account you use for mail and calendar.
  3. Review the mail, calendar, and file permissions Laureo requests, then approve them.
  4. Pick the mailbox and calendar to sync, then save. Laureo links your recent history to the matching records and opens the real-time mail channel.
In practice

A workflow you can build

A prospect books a call through your Laureo scheduling link. A Teams meeting is created on your calendar automatically and the invite goes out with its join link. After the call, the transcript is captured onto the deal. When you open the record to follow up, the meeting, what was said, and the whole email thread are already in one place, so you can attach the SharePoint statement of work and send the next message without leaving the workspace.

Worth knowing

Limitations

  • Teams transcript capture requires transcription to be enabled for the meeting in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Calls that run without transcription still link to the record, just without the text.
  • OneDrive and SharePoint linking is scoped to the sites and libraries your own account can already access. Laureo never widens your permissions to reach a file you could not open yourself.
