How to connect

  1. 1Open Settings and go to Integrations in your Laureo workspace.
  2. 2Click Connect on the Google card and sign in with the Google account you use for work.
  3. 3Review the mail, calendar, and file permissions Laureo requests, then approve them.
  4. 4Choose which mailbox and calendar to sync and save. Laureo links recent history and opens the real-time mail channel.

Limitations

  • Meet transcripts are available only for calls recorded with transcription turned on in your Google account.
  • Real-time mail push relies on Google notification channels; if a channel lapses, Laureo falls back to a periodic sync until it renews.
