Bundles & Kits

Group products into a single sellable bundle with its own price, then expand it onto a quote or invoice

What a bundle is

A named group of catalog products you sell as one set.

A bundle(or kit) packages several catalog products under one name so you can drop the whole set onto a quote or invoice at once. A "Starter package" bundle might include onboarding, three months of support, and a training session. Each member product carries a quantity, and optionally a pinned price (otherwise the member's default price is used). The bundle itself carries a discount, so you can offer the set for less than the sum of its parts.

Where bundles live

Create and edit bundles on the Products page.

Bundles are managed from the Bundles tab on the Products page. Create a bundle, give it a name, add member products with their quantities, and set the bundle discount (a percentage off, or a fixed amount off, in the bundle's currency). Bundles are org-wide catalog reference data alongside your products, so anyone who can view products can drop a bundle onto a document, and anyone who can create products can build one. Archive a bundle to keep it out of new documents without deleting it.

Adding a bundle to a quote or invoice

The bundle expands into resolved member lines.

When you insert a bundle in the line-item builder, the app expandsit into one line per member product. Each member's price is resolved for the document's currency — the pinned price if the bundle set one, otherwise the member's default price — and the bundle discount is applied across the set. Because the members land as ordinary line items, you can still edit quantities or amounts on the document afterward, and the figures snapshot onto the line exactly like any other catalog product (see Pricing Models).

Members that can't be priced are skipped
Expansion resolves each member against the live catalog. A member that has been archived, removed, or has no price in the document's currency is skippedwith a notice, and the rest of the bundle still drops in. Review the expanded lines before sending so a skipped member doesn't leave a gap in the quote.
