Leaderboard Preferences

Set how the Sales Leaderboard opens for you — default timeframe, ranking metric, podium, rows shown, highlighted row, density, and which metric columns appear.

Two ways to open your preferences

Tune how the leaderboard opens from a slide-in panel on the page, or from a full settings page.

Leaderboard preferences control how the Sales Leaderboard is presented to you — the timeframe it opens on, the metric it ranks by, whether the top-3 podium shows, how many people are listed, and which metric columns appear. You can reach these preferences two ways, and they always show the same values:

  • The preferences panel— open it from the gear icon on the Sales Leaderboard page. It slides in from the right so you can change a setting and see the board update behind it right away.
  • The settings page — go to Settings > Leaderboard for the same controls laid out on a full page, useful when you want to review everything at once.
Your view, not everyone's
These preferences are personal to you and follow you across devices — they are stored on your account, not in one browser, so signing in anywhere brings the same leaderboard. Changing your ranking metric, columns, or density only affects how the board looks for you. Your teammates keep their own preferences, and nothing here changes the underlying numbers or anyone's standing. The gear appears wherever the Sales Leaderboard is available to you.

Defaults

What the board opens to, and how it ranks.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault
Default timeframeThe period the leaderboard opens on: This week, This month, This quarter, or This year. You can still switch the period on the page for a single visit — that per-visit change is not saved and never overwrites this default.DropdownThis month
Ranking modeHow the board ranks people: Attainment % (how far each rep is toward their goal for the chosen metric), Raw (the raw metric total), or Most improved (the biggest percentage gain versus the prior period). Changing it re-sorts the table and recomputes the rank numbers and the top strip instantly.DropdownAttainment %
Ranking metricWhich metric the board ranks on — any of the ten shared metrics: Calls Made, Emails Sent, Meetings, Activities, Tasks Completed, Deals Added, Deals Progressed, Deals Won, Revenue Won, or Pipeline Created. In Attainment mode this is the goal reps are ranked against.DropdownRevenue Won

Display

How the board looks and how much of it you see.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault
Show top-3 podiumShow the podium cards for the top three above the ranked table. Turn it off to go straight to the full ranked list.ToggleOn
Show movementShow the per-row rank-movement arrows — an up or down arrow marking how each rep’s rank changed versus the prior period, or “new” for a first-time participant.ToggleOn
Show streaksShow the per-row streak indicator for reps on a run of hitting their goals across consecutive periods.ToggleOn
Rows shownHow many ranked people to list: Top 10, Top 25, or Top 50. Top 50 shows everyone the board returns; the smaller counts trim it to a focused view.DropdownTop 50
Highlight my rowAnchor and highlight your own row so you can spot your place on the board at a glance.ToggleOn
Row densityThe spacing of the ranked table. Comfortable gives each row a little more room; Compact tightens it so more people fit on screen.SegmentedComfortable

Columns

Which metric columns show in the full table.

Choose which metric columns appear in the ranked table. Rank, name, and the primary ranked value always show — these toggles decide the rest. Hiding a column never changes the ranking; it only tidies the table.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault
Deals wonShow the deals-won column in the full table.ToggleOn
RevenueShow the revenue column in the full table.ToggleOn
ActivitiesShow the activities column in the full table.ToggleOn
Defaults keep your current view
Out of the box every setting matches how the board looks today — This month, ranked by attainment over Revenue Won, podium on, movement and streak indicators on, all 50 rows, your own row highlighted, comfortable spacing, and all three metric columns shown — so nothing changes until you decide to change it. Team-scope filtering and custom date ranges aren't part of these controls yet.

Your visibility on the board

Choose whether you appear on other people's leaderboards.

Beyond how the board looks, one control decides whether other people see you on it at all. This is the one setting here that changes what teammates see, rather than just your own view.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault
Include me on the leaderboardWhen on, you appear on the board your teammates see. Turn it off to opt out: you are removed from everyone else’s board, but you still see your own row and standing, and managers with goal-editing scope over your team still see you for coaching.ToggleOn

Saving and syncing

Changes save themselves and follow you everywhere.

There is no Save button. Every change you make autosaves the moment you make it, and a brief Saved confirmation appears to let you know it stuck (you may see a quick Saving…first). Because the panel and the settings page read and write the same preferences, a change in one shows up in the other immediately — and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you to any device you sign in on.

See changes as you make them
Open the preferences panel from the gear on the Sales Leaderboard page and the board stays visible behind it, so switching the ranking metric or toggling a column re-ranks the list right away — no reload, no Save.
