Scheduler Preferences
Help CenterSalesScheduler Preferences

Scheduler Preferences

Set your personal defaults for how the Scheduler opens — default tab, bookings view, status, meeting-type filter, scheduling-pages order, and deal linking.

Two ways to open your Scheduler preferences

Tune how the Scheduler opens from a slide-in panel on the page, or from a full settings page.

Scheduler preferences control how the Scheduler opens for you every time you land on it — which tab it starts on, whether Bookings shows as a list or a calendar, which booking status and meeting type it pre-filters to, how your scheduling pages are ordered, and how bookings tie back to your deals. You can reach these preferences two ways, and they always show the same values:

  • The preferences panel— open it from the gear on the Scheduler page (the hub with the Bookings and Scheduling pages tabs). It slides in from the right so you can change a setting and see it take effect the next time the page opens.
  • The settings page — go to Settings > Scheduler, where the same controls appear at the top of the page, above the org-wide booking branding and meeting notification settings.
Your preferences, not the booking page
These settings only change how the Scheduler opens for you. They are personal to your account, so your teammates keep their own defaults. They are separate from the admin Scheduling Pagesconfiguration (which controls branding, availability, and booking policies for everyone), and separate from the Bookingslist itself — changing a default here never changes a scheduling page or an existing booking.

Default view

What the Scheduler opens to when you land on it.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault

Default statusWhich bookings status the list starts on: Upcoming, Past, Cancelled, or Rescheduled.DropdownUpcoming
Default meeting typePre-filter Bookings to one of your active meeting types, or All meeting types. If a meeting type you had selected is later paused or removed, this quietly falls back to All meeting types.DropdownAll meeting types

Scheduling pages

How your scheduling pages (meeting types) are listed.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault

CRM

How bookings tie back to your deals and team.

FieldDescriptionTypeDefault
Default scopeWhether Bookings starts on My items or My team. This only applies if your role lets you view teammates’ booking links.SegmentedMy items
Show only bookings linked to my open dealsStart the Bookings list filtered to bookings linked to your open deals.ToggleOff
Auto-log booked meetings to the matching open dealApplies to bookings on your own meeting types. When a booking’s guest matches exactly one of your open deals, the meeting is logged to that deal automatically; if more than one deal matches, nothing is linked.ToggleOff

Time, region & booking setup

A few related settings live on their own pages — the Scheduler just points at them.

The last section of the panel isn't a set of Scheduler defaults — it's a set of shortcuts to settings that live elsewhere, so you don't have to hunt for them:

  • Time format & time zone— your clock format (12h / 24h) and time zone. Manage in Profile opens your profile settings.
  • Appearance / theme— light, dark, and accent theme for the whole app. Manage appearance opens your appearance settings.
  • Booking-page branding, defaults & meeting notifications— the org-wide sender line, calendar event titles, and your meeting notification toggles. Manage scheduler settings opens the full Scheduler settings page.

Saving and syncing

Changes save themselves and follow you across devices.

There is no save button. Every change you make saves the moment you make it, and a brief Saved indicator confirms it (you may see a quick Saving…first). Because the panel and the settings page read and write the same preferences, a change in one shows up in the other right away — and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you to any device you sign in on.

Defaults, not locks
Everything here just decides where the Scheduler starts. You can still switch tabs, change the view, pick another status, or clear a filter directly on the page at any time — your defaults simply set the starting point each time you open the Scheduler.
