View team rankings and sales performance metrics
A ranked view of your team's performance, tied to the same metrics as Goals.
The Sales Leaderboard ranks your team on the metrics that matter, using the same shared catalog that powers Goals. It gives everyone visibility into performance, and its attainment mode ranks reps directly against their goals. Rankings update automatically as new activities and deals are recorded, and each board carries a freshness stamp so you know how current it is. The leaderboard lives inside the Goals suite and is available on the Business and Ultra plans.
A metric selector chooses which of the ten shared metrics the board ranks on, and a mode control chooses how it ranks:
- Attainment % — ranks each rep by how far they are toward their own goal for the selected metric. Only reps whose active goal period matches the board period carry an attainment percentage; the number is computed in the goal's currency, so it matches the goals page exactly.
- Raw — ranks by the raw total of the selected metric for the period (for example total Revenue Won, or total Calls Made). No goal required.
- Most improved — ranks by the biggest percentage gain versus the prior comparable period, surfacing momentum rather than absolute totals.
Use the period control to view rankings for four time frames, anchored to your organization's time zone:
- This week — the current week (Monday to Sunday).
- This month — the current calendar month.
- This quarter — the current quarter.
- This year — the current calendar year.
Each entry on the leaderboard can show:
- Rank — the rep's position, with a podium glyph for the top three.
- Movement — how their rank changed versus the prior period, shown as an up or down arrow, or as “new” for a first-time participant.
- Rep — avatar (initials if there is no picture) and name. Your own row is marked with a “You” badge and can be anchored so you always find yourself.
- Primary value — the attainment meter and percentage in attainment mode, the raw metric value in raw mode, or the signed percentage change in most-improved mode.
- Metric columns and streaks — optional Deals Won, Revenue, and Activities columns and a streak indicator, each shown according to your Leaderboard preferences.
Descending by the chosen value, with ties handled as competition ranking.
Within the chosen period, reps are sorted in descending order by the value for the current mode and metric. Ties use competition ranking: reps with the same value share the same rank, and the next rank skips accordingly. If two reps tie for 2nd, both show rank 2 and the next rep is rank 4. In attainment mode, a rep with no matching-period goal has no attainment value — they show a dash and sort after everyone who does.
How much of the board you see follows your leaderboard view scope:
- Own — you see only your own standing: your rank within the organization and your attainment, without the full roster.
- Team — you see the board for your team.
- All — you see the whole organization's board.
How much identifying detail the board reveals, and how reps can step out of it.
Because rankings are personal, the organization sets a visibility policy that shapes what most people see on the board:
- Full — everyone sees the complete, named board.
- Nearby rank — you see the top three plus your own neighborhood (a couple of ranks above and below you); other rows are hidden, while the rank numbers stay meaningful so you can see the gap.
- Anonymized — other reps appear as “Rep #N” with no name or avatar. Your own row stays clearly yours so you can find your place.
On top of the policy, any rep can opt out of appearing on other people's boards. An opted-out rep is removed from the board everyone else sees — but you always see your own row, whatever the policy or your opt-out choice.
