Companies List

View, filter, sort, and search your company records

List View

The companies list gives you a comprehensive view of all company records in your CRM.

The companies page displays your records in a table with sortable columns. Each row shows key information at a glance so you can quickly find and act on the companies you need. The list loads 50 records per page by default — adjustable to 25, 50, or 100 in Company list settings— with pagination controls at the bottom.

Columns

Default and optional columns displayed in the companies table.

Default Columns

  • Type — Company classification: Prospect, Lead, Customer, Partner, Vendor, Competitor, or Other.
  • Company Name — The company name with its avatar.
  • Primary Contact — Name of the primary contact associated with the company.
  • Email — Primary email address on file.
  • Phone — Primary phone number on file.
  • Status — Current status: Active, Inactive, Churned, Dormant, or On Hold.
  • Industry — The industry the company belongs to.
  • Owner — The user assigned to manage this company.
  • Last Activity (Sales) — Date of the most recent sales-related activity.
  • Next Follow-up — Scheduled date for the next follow-up action.
  • Source — How the company was acquired or entered into the CRM.
  • Location — City, state, and country of the company.
  • Actions — Quick-action menu for editing, archiving, or deleting.

Optional Columns

You can toggle additional columns from the column settings menu in the table header:

  • Priority — Priority level assigned to the company.
  • Active Status — Whether the company is currently active or archived.
  • Account Number — Unique account identifier.
  • Company Size — Number of employees or size category.
  • Website — Company website URL.
  • Value — Monetary value associated with the company.
  • Last Activity (All) — Date of any most recent activity, including non-sales.
  • Created Date — When the company record was first created.

Search

Find companies quickly using the search bar.

The search bar at the top of the list searches across multiple fields simultaneously. Start typing to filter results in real time. The search matches against:

  • Company name
  • Account number
  • Source
  • City, state, and country

Filters

Narrow down the companies list using a combination of filters.

Available Filters

  • Type — Filter by Prospect, Lead, Customer, Partner, Vendor, Competitor, or Other.
  • Status — Filter by Active, Inactive, Churned, Dormant, or On Hold.
  • Priority — Filter by priority level.
  • Active Status — Filter by active or archived state.
  • Industry — Filter by industry classification.
  • Source — Filter by lead source or acquisition channel.
  • Company Size — Filter by employee count or size category.
  • City / State / Country — Filter by geographic location.
  • Owner — Filter by assigned user (available to admins and managers only).
  • Unassigned — Toggle to show only companies without an assigned owner.
  • Activity Date Range — Filter by last sales activity or last activity (all) date range.
  • Archive Status — Show active, archived, or all records (available to admins and managers only).
  • Custom Field Filters — Filter by any custom fields configured for companies.
Combine filters
You can apply multiple filters at the same time. For example, filter by Type = Customer and Status = Active to see only your active customers, then further narrow by Industry or Location.

Sorting

Change the order of records in the companies list.

Click any sortable column header to sort the list. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. The following sort options are available:

  • Created Date — Sort by when the record was created (default, newest first).
  • Company Name — Sort alphabetically by company name.
  • Last Contacted — Sort by the date of the most recent contact.
  • Next Follow-up — Sort by upcoming follow-up date.
  • Value — Sort by the monetary value assigned to the company.

Pagination

Navigate through large lists of company records.

The companies list displays 50 records per page by default. You can change the page size to 25, 50, or 100 in Company list settings (see the related Company List Settings article). Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages. The current page number and total record count are shown alongside the page navigation buttons.

Bulk Actions

Perform actions on multiple company records at once.

Select multiple companies using the checkboxes (or press X on each row) to reveal the bulk action toolbar. The following bulk operations are available:

  • Assign to User — Reassign all selected companies to a different owner.
  • Archive — Archive the selected companies. You will be prompted to provide an archive reason.
  • Delete — Permanently delete the selected companies. This action is only available to admins and managers.
Bulk delete is permanent
Deleting companies in bulk cannot be undone. Archived companies can be restored later, so consider archiving instead of deleting when you are unsure.
