See your personal sales quota attainment at Settings > Quotas
Where to find it
Your personal quota view lives at Settings > Quotas.
If your manager has assigned you a sales quota, this page shows your progress against it. The layout mirrors the admin view but is scoped to your rows only — you can't see or edit other reps' quotas.
Quotas are set by your manager or admin from Admin > Quotas. If you don't see anything here, either no quota has been assigned to you yet, or the filters (Year / period) don't match an active quota.
What the page shows
One row per quota period assigned to you.
Each row lists:
- Period — e.g., “Q2 2026” or “Jun 2026”.
- Target — the revenue goal your manager set.
- Current — sum of your closed-won deals in that period.
- Progress bar — colored by bracket: red (<50%), yellow (50–79%), green (80–99%), blue (100%+).
- Attainment % — your current / target percentage, uncapped so over-attainment reads accurately.
How attainment is calculated
Closed-won deals inside the quota period, attributed to you.
- Every opportunity marked Won with a close date inside the quota period.
- Where the owner field matches you.
- The sum of those deal values is the Current number.
Changing an opportunity's owner, close date, or value updates your attainment as soon as the page refreshes. Deals you never owned never count, even if you logged activity against them.
- Sales Leaderboard — sorted by attainment for the current period.
- Goals & Quotas — aggregate view combining quotas with other team goals.
- Dashboard widgets — add a quota widget to your home dashboard to see attainment without leaving the homepage.
