Enrich contacts with data from third-party sources
Contact enrichment automatically fills in missing profile information by pulling data from third-party sources. Instead of manually researching each contact, you can use the Enrich button to populate fields like job title, company details, LinkedIn profile URL, and more in a single click. Enrichment saves your team time and ensures your contact database stays complete and accurate.
Enrichment can populate the following fields on a contact record.
The contact's current role or position at their company, sourced from public professional profiles.
Company name verification, industry, company size, and other firmographic data that helps contextualize the contact within their organization.
A direct link to the contact's LinkedIn profile, enabling your team to research their background and mutual connections.
The department or business function the contact works in, useful for routing leads to the right sales team.
Geographic location data including city, state, and country, sourced from available public records.
Trigger enrichment from the contact's detail page.
Open the person you want to enrich by clicking their name in the people list or searching for them using the global search.
In the header action buttons, click Enrich. The CRM looks up additional information for the contact using their name and email and fills in any new details it finds.
Once the enrichment completes (usually within a few seconds), the page automatically refreshes to show the newly populated fields. A confirmation message indicates which fields were updated. If no additional data was found, you will see a notification that enrichment returned no new information.
What you need before enrichment will work.
Enrichment is built in on every plan — there is nothing to install or connect. Each reveal draws from your monthly credit allowance (see below), so the only prerequisite is remaining credit. Phone reveals additionally require a Business or Ultra plan and are paused during a trial.
For best results, the contact should have an email address on file. Email is the primary identifier used to look up a person, so contacts without an email address may return limited or no results.
Every reveal draws from your organization's monthly enrichment credit allowance.
A verified email reveal costs 1 credit. A phone reveal costs 10 credits and is available on Business and Ultra plans only. Phone reveals are also off while your organization is in a trial. Both reveal types draw from the same credit pool, so 50 credits covers 50 emails or 5 phone reveals.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 20 credits on Pro, 100 on Business, and 120 on Ultra. Every purchased Power seat adds a bonus on top: +40 credits per seat on Business and +50 per seat on Ultra. Counters refresh each billing cycle on your subscription's anchor date, not the 1st of the calendar month.
Need more in a busy month? Buy a one-time pack: 50 credits for $20, 150 for $50, or 500 for $150. Purchased credits are consumed only after the monthly allowance is used up, and each pack is a one-time balance drawn down as you reveal, not a recurring monthly boost. Purchased credits are never trial-capped; you paid full price for them.
Important things to know about enrichment accuracy and availability.
Enrichment relies on publicly available information. Contacts with minimal public profiles or uncommon names may not return results. The amount of data returned varies by contact.
Third-party data sources update periodically but may not reflect the very latest changes to a person's role or company. If enriched data appears outdated, you can manually update the fields through inline editing on the detail page.
Enrichment is currently available on a per-contact basis from the detail page. There is no bulk enrichment option from the people list. To enrich multiple contacts, you need to visit each contact's detail page individually.
Every reveal consumes enrichment credits from your organization's monthly allowance (see the Enrichment Credits section above). When the allowance and any purchased top-up credits run out, enrichment pauses until your next billing cycle or a new top-up pack.
