Contacts Sync

Bidirectional contact sync with Outlook (Microsoft) and Google Contacts.

Overview

When you connect Microsoft 365 or Google, your personal address book can be imported into the CRM and kept in sync both ways.

Contact sync runs on Microsoft Graph subscriptions (Outlook) or Google People API. New contacts you add in Outlook or Google appear in the CRM within seconds; edits in the CRM push back to your provider on save.

Auto-import option
In Settings → Integrations there's an "Auto-import contacts" toggle. When on, contacts not yet matched to existing CRM people are auto-created. When off, only existing CRM people get their email/phone fields enriched from the provider.

Match strategy

Provider contacts are matched against existing CRM people by email address (case-insensitive). First match wins; multiple email addresses on a provider contact are all checked.
