What to do when you cannot remember which method you used or no longer have access

I cannot remember which method I used

On the sign-in page, choose Can't remember how you signed up?. Enter your email and we will send a hint to the address on file if an account exists. The response looks the same whether the email is on file or not, so the page never confirms whether an account exists.

I lost access to my primary provider

Contact your administrator

They can start a sign-in change for your account.

Confirm via email

You will receive a confirmation link at your current address. Confirm to apply the change.

Sign in with the new method

All of your existing sessions are revoked. Sign in fresh with the new method.
Sole administrators
If you are the only administrator and you are locked out, contact Laureo support. We have a break-glass path that requires verifying ownership of the workspace email domain.

My provider permanently disabled my account

If your provider closed your account (employer offboarded you, tenant removed), reach out to your Laureo administrator before everything you imported is locked behind the dead provider. Once your administrator initiates a sign-in change, you can confirm via the recovery flow if you still have access to your address.
