On the Business and Ultra tiers we are building support for a single Laureo user to connect multiple Gmail or Outlook accounts. This is useful when you send marketing campaigns from one address and one-to-one sales emails from another, or when an executive needs both personal and shared inboxes for different stages of a deal.

The schema groundwork is already in place. The UI for picking a default sender, labeling accounts, and routing campaigns through specific connections will ship in a follow-up release. We will surface a notice in Settings → Integrations the day it goes live.
