My product is not on this list. Can I still move?

Yes. Send your file anyway and pick the last option in the list. We read the columns we recognise, show you the ones we could not place, and let you point those at the right home yourself before anything is written.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Most teams send their companies first, check what landed, then send their people and their deals. In Laureo, open Admin, then Import. You can run both products side by side for a week or two while you check.

Moving from another CRM to Laureo

After the move

Your records land in one database, and the AI can act on all of them. A sample prompt once you are in:

“Hey Laureo, list every company we brought across with an open deal and no activity in the last two weeks, then draft a short check in email to each owner for my approval.”

Good to know

One file can hold up to 10,000 rows.
One file can be up to 10 megabytes.
You can undo a move for 30 days after it finishes.
You can undo a single file import for 24 hours after it finishes.

Questions about the move

Put it back. A move can be undone inside the window shown above, and nothing is written at all until you press the button. The undo is not always total: a few kinds of record are never taken back out once they are in your account, and anything already edited, already in the recycle bin, or written over by a later import is left where it is. The undo screen lists every one of those before you confirm.
