Survey Responses & Analytics

View survey responses and analyze feedback

Viewing Individual Responses

See exactly what each respondent submitted.

Open a survey and navigate to the Responses tab to see all individual submissions. Each response shows the respondent's answers to every question along with the submission timestamp. Click on any response to view it in full detail.

Response Details

  • Respondent — The contact who submitted the response (if linked to a CRM contact).
  • Submitted At — The date and time the response was received.
  • Answers — The respondent's answer to each question in the survey.

Response Analytics

Analyze aggregate data across all responses.

The Analytics tab provides an aggregate view of all survey responses, helping you identify trends and patterns in your feedback data.

Analytics Features

  • Aggregate Data— For each question, see summary statistics: average ratings, most-selected choices, and common themes in text responses.
  • Charts— Visual breakdowns of Multiple Choice and Rating question responses. Bar charts show the distribution of answers, making it easy to spot the most common selections.
  • Response Rate— See how many people have responded out of the total number who received the survey. Track completion rates over time.

Exporting Survey Data

Download response data for external analysis.

Export all survey responses to a CSV file for further analysis in spreadsheet software or business intelligence tools. The export includes all questions as column headers and each response as a row, along with the respondent information and submission timestamp.

Export before closing
Consider exporting your survey data before closing the survey. While data is preserved after closing, having a local copy ensures you can perform offline analysis or share results with stakeholders who do not have CRM access.

Response Rates

Understand how well your surveys are performing.

The response rate shows the percentage of survey recipients who have completed the survey. Monitor response rates to gauge engagement and determine if follow-up reminders are needed. Low response rates may indicate that the survey is too long, the timing was off, or the audience was not well-targeted.

Filtering by Date Range

Focus on responses from a specific time period.

Use the date range filter to view responses from a specific period. This is helpful for tracking sentiment changes over time or analyzing responses received during a particular campaign or event. Select a start and end date to filter both the individual responses list and the aggregate analytics.
