Sales Agent

Pipeline management and deal coaching

Scans your pipeline daily to find stale deals, at-risk opportunities, and contacts needing follow-up. Creates tasks and recommends next actions for each.

Activating Built-in Agents

How to get started

Built-in agents can be set up by clicking "Add Built-in Agents" on the AI Agents page. A manager or admin must click this button to create the default agents.

Navigate to AI Agents

Click "AI Agents" in the sidebar. A manager or admin must click the "Add Built-in Agents" button to create the default agents. Regular users will see them once a manager has done this.

Select an agent

Click on an agent card to view its detail page.

Activate

Toggle the Active/Paused switch to activate the agent.

Run (optional)

Click "Run Now" for an immediate first run, or wait for the scheduled trigger.
Only managers and admins can activate or configure agents.
